Contacted the company following receipt of renewal reminder & quote for car insurance which was sent more thanks three weeks before the current policy was ending. This gave plenty of time to obtain comparison quotes & time to contact One call regarding renewal price reduction. I contacted One Call via webchat which took less than 15minutes, my queries & request for a price reduction was dealt with quickly & efficiently by an advisor with the username name MB9. Very good customer service with helpful webchat function

Earlier hiccups regarding the phone line afterwards agent(Joel) explained clearly the questions I had. It was quite quick and easy and renewed my car policy.

Really easy to deal with and efficient with there quote and service ( credit to SG5) for answering any questions and queries I had in detail

The staff member who was polite.
He was able to add my son on my insurance, as I had been unable to do it on the portal.
He also offered other enhancements such as a courtesy car, breakdown cover and three year price hold on the insurance, as long as we made no further alterations.
He checked all the information I had given was correct, before obtaining my quote.
His knowledge was second to none. He asked if there was anything else he could help with before ending the call.
I would definitely recommend One Call Insurance.

Rang one call as my renewal was astronomical, talked to sasha SM5 and explained I wasn't happy and could she look into getting a better price , she asked me some very sensible questions about my property to get the rebuild cover and contents cover which onecall has never asked ,came back to me and got me a more sensible price with the same cover and excess charges and saved me nearly £75.
I was obviously over insured when I asked for a quote last year , I suggest people to ask for the rebuild price of your property which sasha SM5 did for me and this saved me money .

The agent was very helpful & sorted out my exchange of vehicle insurance & answered all my questions. It wasn’t her fault that the quote wasn’t competitive, however, when I took into account the cancellation charges on my current policy ( which had only had a months use), it was worth staying with One Call, at least for this year. Should’ve read the small print over cancellation charges.
