Super helpful and gets the job done!

Super helpful and make you feel really welcome. I stopped off once for a small issue with my bonnet - which a very kind gentleman resolved in a matter of minutes with no fuss. Because of that interaction I took my car for an MOT and again was not disappointed. Customer service goes a long way & so does resolving things in a timely manner - so, thank you mr clutch Southend team!

Booked in service and MOT but then…

Booked in service and MOT but then found a problem that needed sorting quickly. Spoke to them and they managed to fit me in earlier and resolve the issue whilst doing MOT & Service. We're very helpful and accommodating.

Great service and trust worthy

I’ve taken my car to Mr Clutch in Strood for servicing three years in a row now, and they’ve been consistently superb every time. They always do exactly what’s needed, keep me informed of any issues, and give clear, honest advice on what to do next.

I booked the day before

I booked the day before, dropped my car off, I was told that it would be ready in an hour, I returned pretty much an hour later on the dot and the car was ready. Staff were polite professional and helpful, would definitely recommend using, much better than service from Halfords

Service delivered as promised in every way.

Arrived a little before booked slot - no problem. Reception was easy, friendly and professional .
As I had another appointment, my vehicle was left and I was promised a call when work was complete. As agreed I received a call some 90mins later to confirm completion/vehicle ready for collection - excellent.
