Great Advice, Great Price

I wanted some half decent binoculars for a trip to South Africa but was worried that I was going to be over-sold! The sales guy was super helpful and suggested a pair of Nikon Sportstar EX 10x25 DCF. They were within the budget I had in mind and they were perfect (compact, light, clear and bright to look through and great magnification).

I would definitely recommend Jessops for their advice, significant ranges and competitive prices.

The bundle was delivered quickly but…

The bundle was delivered quickly but was missing the SD card. So far, the customer Service received has been very poor…still waiting to hear

Brand new Pentax lens

I decided to but a new Pentax lens as Jessops had it on a half price offer !!
Ordered online on Friday and it was delivered free of extra charge the next day on Saturday !!

Nice camera trade-in experience because of helpful and professional service

My recent entailed trading my existing camera with a newer offering from Canon. I was visiting the Meadowhall branch from another city. While they did not have the camera I wanted in stock, the staff made sure it was brought to the branch within a day. Their communication was excellent and to the point. The actual trade-in experience was also nice, though I had expected a bit more for my gear. I was not kept waiting. We went through the whold process including the balancing payment in a frictionless manner. I am happy with my new camera.

Good selling experience

Buy and sell a fair bit of camera gear. Always honest with my descriptions when I trade in. This is the first time I've not been knocked down for spurious reasons. Fair play. Process easy ebough. Will use again.

Long delay in having my trade-in valued, but I understand this was due to a large intake of trade-ins to inspect. Otherwise the service was great.

Great products, good prices adn great delivery

I was searching for a new lens, Jessops had this in stock, a used unit. It was well described, and the price was good, so I ordered it, hoping it would arrive by the weekend when I needed it. Well it did better than that, even those I ordered late in the day, I got an email saying it would arrive the next day, I assumed this was a mistake and instead it would be the day after, but I got a shock the next day when the delivery driver handed me the box (after giving them a super secret code :) ), so that was really fast deliver, the lens was as described, worked out of the box, well packed and I was able to complete my shoot, thank you.
