don't trust the estimated arrival date at all!!!

I ordered an x100vi fujifilm form jessop, a fake estimation about the dispatched date! And after two months, they just extended the date of arrival! without any explanation, and when I told that to customer support, they just told me that you can cancel your order! I bought it from another shop, and it has been delivered now!

We always provide accurate and honest estimates for pre-orders however on rare occasions, delays do occur. The X100VI is an incredibly in demand camera and there is very limited stock coming into the UK. We always upfront about pre-order estimates to our customers and whilst our estimates are accurate timeframes provided by our manufacturers in real time, they are estimates and not guarantees.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delays with Fujifilm.

Ordered a £3000 camera body and the…

Ordered a £3000 camera body and the order moved to processed but then nothing happened with it. Got on the 'live chat' support function and was basically stonewalled but a very rude and unhelpful person who just kept repeating ‘it’s within our standard delivery’. Actually, I’d contacted them to find out if anything had gone wrong because according to what I’d read ‘Processed’ meant the order had been fulfilled and I don’t have it. If what he’s saying is right, and it is delivered middle of next week, then somehow along the way 3 to 5 days standard deliver has morphed into 9 days. Didn’t take them 9 days to take the money of course. They took that straight away. To be honest though, the person I dealt with didn’t look into it. They just kept repeating the same phrase without offering any reassurance that my £3000 camera hadn’t gone astray.

UPDATE FOLLOWING JESSOP'S RESPONSE:

Again, I was not asking about delivery times. I was asking for some sort of clarification as the status of the order indicated that the order had been fulfilled, suggesting that the item had gone astray. My point was that no matter how I tried to phrase this, the agent just kept stonewalling with a stock phrase about deliver time without looking into it.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered for click and collect was told it be ready in 30 mins. Didn’t receive an email. Went into store had to re buy the item. Contacted customer service to be told that that don’t know when they can issue a refund.

We aim for click and collect orders to be available within 30 minutes however we are clear in our email confirmation that we will let you know via email once the order is ready.

We can see that on the day you went into store, our systems were unfortunately down which is why the team relayed that they did not have an exact timeframe on when the refund would be processed but it would be done as soon as we could. We can see the team followed through with that because within minutes of the systems being up and running later that day, your refund was processed.

Exceptional customer service

I ordered a workshop from the Jessops website. It was just what I was looking for. When I had to contact customer service to add another person Pete was very helpful and got back to me really quickly. But perhaps more impressively he came back to me again to check that I had received my confirmation and if I needed further help. I was exceptionally impressed by the personalised customer service. Awesome service

First thing, the used products price is usually heavly discounted, the other camera shopping site like mpb, wex sell the used camera for higher prices based on the market, I bought fujifilm X-E4 which was 550 pounds and was in a very good condition. Second, the support was very good, I made a mistake and ordered the standard delivery, and even after 3 days, after I explained that I would be needing it this weekend for a work, they immediately changed the delivery date to tomorrow. The support guy named Henry was so understanding and patient. I would recommend Jessops to anyone and everyone just for their good service and discounts.

TIME WASTED! Avoid to selling at Jessops

Avoid to selling at Jessops. TIME WASTED.

I have sent a Fujifilm GF lens to Jessops for sale. The lens was in mint condition (I just used twice). I have taken plenty of picture before sent out. They received the items and told me they are unable to accept the item due to fungus and missing lens bag??? There are no options to include the lens bag when you submit the form. And I am 100% sure the lens is mint without fungus.

I have replied their email asking for the proof of the fungus but they never get back to me. They keep my item over ONE WEEK without any updates. Also, returned my item in a POOR THIN cardboard box WITHOUT any fragile labels.

To be honest I don't think they care about my item. Totally awful experience with them and time wasted. If you are looking for selling, don't waste your time.

Ordered a camera said it was in stock

Ordered a camera said it was in stock, never got any emails about it so emailed them asking when I would receive, they said they wouldn’t have it in stock until August (this was March) . So I cancelled my order since I needed it for June. They said I would get a full refund, it’s now been 3 weeks and still haven’t received a refund .

When you placed your order, the status on our website showed the product as 'available to order, awaiting stock' and also showed 'Next shipment expected August 2026' on the product page. We understand this may have been frustrating information to hear if it was missed when placing the order however we will always do our best to ensure customers understand the timeframes associated with pre-orders.

Jessops only capture payment once an order is ready to be dispatched and as this order was cancelled whilst it was in pre-order status, there was no money to be refunded as we had not taken any money. We can see that you contacted our customer service team to raise the question of the refund and they came back to you within 12 hours to confirm that no refund would show due to no money being captured previously.
