Got an iPhone7 from them
Got an iPhone7 from them. Phone brocken within 6 month. Now they are not responding to e-mails or phone calls to claim warranty. Just another cowboy company. E-bay does not want to know, not very professional either. Very disappointing.
bought an I phone had trouble with it…
bought an I phone had trouble with it from start they would not replace or refund still trying to get my money back I believe the company is fraudulent.
Bought I phone SE via ebay
Bought I phone SE via ebay , Battery runs out very fast .Have to go through paypal claim to get my money back
Very poor customer service
They contact me to revise my negative feedback , after that very hard to get hold of customer service .
Send the phone back to them, after that no response.
iPhone seller to AVOID
Very unhappy with this company. Bought an iPhone 7 from then that came with a 1-year warranty. Less than a year later the home button started acting up and now it's NOT WORKING. They refuse to help and now ignore my emails on eBay. AVOID! They are just another cowboy phone shop with no desire to honor their warranty's. Shame on you!
UPDATE: Got a new phone as they DID NOT want anything to do with honoring the warranty they advertised. New iPhone is much better. My gut feeling is they use CHEAP parts on refurb iPhones.
Wouldnt touch this company with a barge pole...
