As a few others have said be wary

Highest offer for my Iphone XS Max at £207 but today got a message about a "battery drain" issue, battery was 85% and no mention in terms about battery drain or how you would know before sending it off, with reduced offer of £140.

Seems deliberate as the revised offer for many just may be good enough to accept to avoid the hassle. Not ME !!

I have asked the what battery drain test they use and to show me the report , we will see what comes back

Reduced offer - not impressed!!!

Sent my iPhone X to them after they confirmed a price of £157, £10 or more than other similar companies. Got an email a few days later saying it had failed the battery drain test (different to battery health which it passed). Note there is no obvious information regarding a battery drain test on their website. They offered me a reduced price of £90. I refused and asked for the phone to be returned. They then called me and upped their offer to £107!! So all of a sudden it’s worth £17 more than their original offer. I again refused and asked for the phone back. Total waste of time. Sending it to another company who I can trust. This is a genuine review.

Replied pretty much instantly… gave me great options of phones with photos… with 3 days, I had picked my phone and it was delivered. An absolute pleasure to deal with! Love my phone! Thank you ladies and gents! X

Avoid this seller at all costs

Avoid this seller at all costs, scam, received a faulty phone, sent it back as soon as I received reply. They then said I had broken it and wouldn't refund it, I didn't even use the phone as was faulty. delayed responses and by far the worst seller I've come across in 18 years of using ebay

Despite completing the forms for…

Despite completing the forms for returning 3 iPhones truthfully, looks like I was enticed into sending the I phones as the price offered was the best when comparing to similar websites. When the phones were received they said about a drainage test which all 3 phones had failed. I asked how would I know about the tests you do in addition to checking for the accuracy of the original form completed which only asked about the battery being in good condition of over 80%, which they were. I feel cheated and stupid for believing this website. They also don’t keep to their promise of paying on the same day and are tardy about responding to emails. Steer clear as it would seem that this happens regularly, especially looking at recent reviews, seems it is standard practice to cheat customers. Wasn’t able to get a satisfactory response so had no choice but to give a negative review to at least warn others. 23/1 I received a call offering me more money for my iPhones, which I have now accepted and revised my rating. Whilst I am happier with the revised offer I have given feedback to mention that a further drainage test is conducted and this could affect offer and to take out the promise of guaranteeing 100% the offer price as this is misleading, which is why I am now revising my review at a rating of 3 stars.

SCAM! DO NOT BOTHER WITH SENDING PHONES OR BUYING FROM THEM!

This company is fake and somehow managed to find my name and address and for some reason, delivered a very suspicious looking advertisement for their company. This company is NOT to be trusted, and is full of scams. All of their "positive reviews" look completely suspicious and should not be considered. Do not buy from this crappy fake scam of a company.

I sold my phone to them sent it through post and then kept chasing them for payment for 3 weeks. Worst thing is that they dont communicate, neither answer phone calls nor reply emails.
Initially i was offered £150 for my phone and thrn later cut it down to £120 saying battery not good while phone had no issue with the battery until i sent it to them but finally they paid the money though . Overall bad experience

Selling a phone

I sent my phone off and it was received on the 8th October - email to confirm. It was an older iPhone (5s) but worked perfectly for me and had always been in a case and has a screen protector on it.

It has taken just over a month to sort this out but we did manage to get there in the end and come to an agreement on the price.

I think this business can do what it says, but it just needs to ensure its turn around times are adjusted on their website to the level of business they are dealing with. That way as a customer we would know it may take slightly longer than a few working days and that would be better than hearing nothing back for a few weeks and wondering what has happened.

Thank you for sorting this out.

This company is a scam!

This company is a scam!!

They write their own reviews every day.

BEWARE, don’t sell your phone to them. You will be waiting a month for them to tell you the device has ‘something wrong with the battery’ and therefore they won’t pay you what they quoted.

A month after sending the phone I still have not been paid or had the phone returned to me! I sent them a brand new phone with no battery issues.

They never pick up the phone or reply to emails the company is a scam!
