Good but not great
Ordered iPhone 7 (pristine condition) phone was in good working condition but had lots of scratches on the bottom. Not sure if I’ll buy from here again might try Loop-Mobile next time.
Items definitely not new as described when sold
Ordered a phone that was described as "new - unopened". When the phone arrived the screen fell out of the phone. This repeatedly happened and upon using the phone we received notifications regarding the poor battery life and that the battery was not working properly.
I should have stuck with my suspicions of the phones condition when we had received a previous returns notice with the phone stating that there had been previous issues with the touch screen... company said this returns notice was for another phone and had no idea how it had got mixed up and sent to us!
After speaking with company we were told the phone was actually an ex display model! This is not "new - unopened". They agreed to replace the phone for a new phone as described in their advert.
New phone arrives - back of the phone is scratched and there is a crack across the back camera!
They are very good at sending long messages about how good they are but that is not my experience at all.
This company is a scam and does not send items in the condition described - their eBay feedback also proves this!
I've been offered a refund which I will be accepting but it isn't far off a month now that my daughter has been waiting for her birthday present and had 2 big disappointments in receiving damaged stock!
Broken dangerous phone sent out
DO NOT BUY FROM INNOFINTY WORLDWIDE!!! Broken dangerous phone sent out, overheated and didn't retain charge. They were meant to replace (after the free returns ended up costing me £7) they refunded me when I'd asked for working replacement so I was unable to review on eBay (obviously they don't have working ones) Do not buy from this company...you will regret the stress it causes and you won't end up with a phone that works and you'll be out of pocket if you return a bought item even though it says free returns the post office could not scan their unreadable QR code
They sell phones as ‘new’ mint…but have refurb non original screens
They sell phones as ‘new’ mint condition which have had non iPhone screens placed in as refurbs.
When the first iPhone X max arrived it didn’t work at all, I should have realised something was wrong then, when they asked me not to go through eBay resolution unit, but to deal direct. second phone broke twice when I asked for refund (inside the warranty period) they went on radio silence. I would advise go elsewhere, if it looks too good to be true……
eBay should cease their trading ability. PayPal should also consider deeper investigation on refund request disputes
Great company to deal with.
Despite having some issues with the phone, Innofinity-Worldwide when above and beyond to resolve these issues, the phones supplied were always in pristine condition. When they say “Hassle Free 30 Day Return”
That is exactly what you get.
I would highly recommend Innofinity-Worldwide
If only all companies treated their customers this well.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. The goods are not fit for purpose, nor as described. There is no "customer service". They will just ignore and you wont get a refund. Frankly this company should be the subject of a Trading Standards investigation, which in fact i will now commence.
Avoid these people
They advertise authentic Apple iPhones but the one I bought was not at all. The battery will not charge as it is not an Apple battery. I have written to them four or five time but they do not answer. They ignore customers and hope that they will go away. Buy from this lot and you're on your own if the product has a problem.
Fantastic Customer Service
Initially I needed a new mobile phone as quickly as possible for my partner, as her new one was faulty, Innofinity were the only company to bend over backwards to help and get one to me the next day. Amazing.
Then later when this phone had a minor fault their customer service went far beyond what one might expect to try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and managed again to get the replacement to me in double quick time. As the owner of an online sock company I know the importance and value of good customer service and that of Innofinity is of the very highest standard. Many thanks to Fran and all in their excellent Customer Service Team.
I have received the best possible…
I have received the best possible service from innofinity, I bought an iPhone 8,
after having a couple of problems this was resolved by professional staff,
I was given a replacement iPhone during the last month of my 12 month guarantee, I can’t thank the staff enough for dealing with my situation very promptly, and making it a very pleasant experience during a frustrating time for myself.
Thank you
AVOID!! - Poor Quality Phones/Poor Service
Do Yourselves a favour - read on - suggest you AVOID THIS COMPANY!! We purchased an unlocked I-phone X (Pristine) at the end of November as a Christmas present. On Christmas day the phone was not unlocked as advertised we wrote to Innofinity after the festive period to be advised outside of 30 days so return at our cost (we were outside of 30 days from purchase but within 30 days of receipt) eventually they agreed to pay return postage and another phone was dispatched. This phone was lost by Royal Mail we had the tracking details so not the fault of Innofinity however we were asked to wait over 2 weeks before making a claim even though Royal Mail advised to make the claim sooner. Upon receiving the replacement phone after the lost one it arrived but the face ID was not functioning however this return was at our expense as now after the 30 days!. Upon receiving the 3rd phone (4th shipped) all seemed ok for 4 or 5 weeks we are now experiencing glitching issues - initially we were told screens only covered by warranty for 2 months when I challenged this as wasn't clear on e-bay as just states 12 month warranty - we were told it says on the website and in the ebay shop (haven't seen this not saying it isn't there but if it is certainly hidden away) upon challenging this policy now advised fault must be caused by phone being dropped - this isn't the case and glitching does appear to be a known issue with the Iphone X. Just appears to be this company will avoid anything to do good by their customers I certainly wouldn't recommend based on our experience - I very rarely write any negative reviews usually positive but please avoid this company you'll be doing yourselves a favour.
I purchased a 6s plus off eBay site…
I purchased a 6s plus off eBay site through this company ( business solutions) (infinity) supposed to be next day delivery with all the promises all singing and dancing¿. I contacted them after 3 days no phone . They said they didn't have that modelling stock. After all the hassle. They're basically taking your money on a promise of a phone they don't have all tell you a story that phone failed in quality control.. I did get my money back but with a hassle took about 12 days. I will never purchase from this company ever again ...
Absolutely disgusted
Absolutely disgusted! Sent phone to be repaired- not heard anything back even after emailing them several times. By looking back other recent reviews this looks to be a scam company as this seem to be a common occurrence! My advice to avoid being stung, stay as far away from this company as possible. Will be pursuing this and reporting to relevant agencies.
!!AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
!!AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I bought a phone from their ebay site. I returned this using their prepaid returns label as I bought an upgraded one on their site the next day and both agreed I could return the first phone for a refund. This was done the day it got delivered to me. Their now claiming they havnt recieved the phone back although it was out for the delivery on the 8th. I’ve spoke to Royal Mail numerous times about this and been advised they’re probably just playing on Royal Mail being be over run and sometimes missing the last point of scan as a result. They told me to pass on to the seller than if they genuinely didn’t recieve it they’re well within their rights to claim it back from them and to refund me. I’ve told them this but they’re still refusing to refund and now they are ignoring me. I’m now working very closely with PayPal and eBay to fight to get my money back and fingers crossed they’re looking in to closing their shop down as it’s not the first this has happened. Absolute scam of a company. I so wish I’d of read they’re shocking reviews on here and eBay before ordering. Disgusting that I’m having to fight for my money back so close to Christmas!
You are a waste of time
You are a waste of time. They have purchased a mobile phone off me for £130, sent it off today and payment has gone? Just rang five times and still no response? DO NOT BOTHER. Got a network of people, which cannot cope. I'm going to put the whole company at shame
Great professional service
Bought an iPhone from this company - extremely happy with my purchase ! Amazing condition, super fast delivery time, and great value. I highly recommend anyone needing a phone to buy from here. 🙂
Inferior parts used. Avoid.
I bought an iPhone from them because they clearly state that only genuine Apple parts are used. I rejected the first because the screen was obviously poorer quality (brightness, contrast, viewing angle etc) than a genuine Apple unit and the battery did not report its condition - so also not genuine Apple. I was sent a replacement with much better screen and battery reporting 100%, so I accepted it. Less than a year later the battery still reports 100% but runs down very quickly, so clearly not a genuine Apple battery. I would not buy from them again, they clearly do not tell the truth.
Shady scam company run by Oxbridge…
Shady scam company run by Oxbridge family
Bought a refurbished iPhone 10 as InnofinityWorldwide was recommended by Money Saving Expert Martin Lewis. Phone was faulty - has a malfunctioning screen which renders it barely useable. Reported and was told to go to factory reset - obvs made no difference. Has since consistently ignored requests to refund/repair in breach of 12 month warranty and the Consumer Rights Act 2017 and Trading Standards. Research reveals shady corporate structure - IW is not registered anywhere in the UK and the Founder appears to be trading simply by name under his parents business. The Founder of IW previously got his sisters to write five star 'reviews' which I flagged to Trustpilot and got removed. Total scam company which should not be trading. Martin Lewis has removed his recommendation from the MSE website, I see. I've reported to Trading Standards and strongly encourage others also pursue consumer rights protected in law if they have a similar experience. This company should not be operating.
Awful company to buy from
Awful company to buy from. Order was incomplete - they refuse to refund. Items were extremely poor quality. Avoid at all costs.
