dreadful company - avoid at all costs - I bought an iPhone 7 back in March which has never arrived. They've chosen to ignore the Consumer Rights Act and not refund me so I'm now down £200 because of this bunch of wasters. Don't go anywhere near this lot

Don't buy from this company!
I bought an iPhone 7 Plus that was meant to be in pristine condition. I was impressed when the phone arrived in 2 days, however after a few days of using the phone, the microphone was very muffled. The first time they were very good handling the situation and sent me a replacement phone. However, after a few days of using that replacement phone, it had the same problem as the first one - a muffled microphone, which meant I couldn't use it for phone calls, which is important during lockdown! So, I sent that one back and they haven't handled the situation as good as they did the first time, I sent this phone back last Tuesday (28th April) and they haven't been in contact with us to keep us updated about the situation!

Purchased an iPhone X. It was cosmetically pristine. I am very happy, thanks. Rosie’s customer service is brilliant

Got an iPhone and an iPad from them. Everything works fine. Nothing to complain about. Would recommend.

Failed to honour one year warranty.

They won’t return any messages via eBay. Or phone calls, I managed to find a mobile number for the boss and text him
and rang him but no response.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Purchased an iphone 7 - faulty after a few months. 12 month warranty not honoured, do not answer messages.

I purchased an iPhone from them and it has totally died after a few months of use. Still under warrantee.

I tried calling them , no answer , emailed them on many occasions, no answer. Totally ignored.

If you want to loose you money to a bunch of scammers then buy their products.

Please do not make the same mistake that I did.

SCAMMERS.I bought an iPhone off them last week.It arrived broke and after several messages back and forth I am still waiting my money.They send replies to make you think they are being helpful and you'll get a new phone but don't trust them.Have had to get eBay involved and will be getting a refund through them.Beware they are not to be trusted.How they are still trading I do not know.

Awful. £900 flooring order failed to be delivered. They will not return my ebay contacts and the phone number doesn't work.

Same experience as related from other customers before. I got a broken phone from them. When sending it back for fixing, even more damage occurred through the parcel service (or so they said), but they refused to give me the details necessary to get the cost for the damage covered from the parcel delivery insurance.

My replacement package then never arrived, the tracking number clearly showed, that it was never delivered even after month of sending it. The customer service refused to help, they said it's none of their business. As the sender, they are the only ones that can issue a search request - which they don't care to do.

I can only warn everybody to buy from them, as they will try to cheating you out of your money and obviously I am not the only customer of them who got trapped with this kind of situation.

Bought reclaimed parquet flooring on eBay. Several pieces cracked or damaged. Claimed they sent replacement pieces, and when this didn't arrive, sent tracking details for parcel clearly sent to a different address. Don't trust them! Kept me waiting with lies and delays so long that eBay were no longer able to help.

Purchased a samsung s7 mobile. It is not working correctly as can not call out or keeps cutting of while using it. The rear camera doesn't focus. They have not respond to my email and letters. To up hold the warranty.

EBay have been no help at all with this matter.
