Unfortunately the phone I purchased from them developed a fault after about a week and I had to purchase a replacement from a shop at a higher price. But, these things happen! I explained the problem and returned the phone, I received a full no quibble refund immediately.
I AM HIGHLY RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY. THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY ADVERTISE AND THATS QUITE UNUSUAL IN MY EXPERIENCE.

I bought an iPhone 8 Plus and after it arrived I noticed the camera wouldn’t focus and appeared to have water damage. I got in contact and was told my postage would be paid for as I couldn’t return it through Royal Mail as I live outside the uk. After paying almost €50 to return the phone I was then told that postage wouldn’t be covered of amounts over €20 and haven’t received any compensation yet. After the replacement phone arrived the glass back was not put in correctly. I called customer service and the woman on the phone was almost laughing at it. I sent the phone back for a full refund and still have not received any compensation for the postage. Very unprofessional. Only secondhand/refurbished phone I have ever bought that there has been an issue with. Do not recommend. I also have not received a refund for the phone

They refused to give me a refund and sent back another iPhone 8 Plus not even the same color and poor battery health (83% I believe 85 is minimum for grade a)
Won’t answer phone calls or emails and I have also only received half a refund for postage and my messages are being ignored

There was an issue with the item purchased but Innofinity Worldwide's communication was excellent and they were beyond fair in their resolution of the situation. Everything was done with efficiency and courtesy. I would purchase again from them without hesitation. The 4/5 is purely because of the unfortunate problem with the item purchased. I'd give 4.5 if I could.

Item not as described. I wish I read the reviews before purchase. Phone itself in perfect condition but the screen was a poor 3rd party replacement. Returned and eventually was refunded hence 3 stars.
