I am insured with I go4 . I have had an accident on Saturday. Two emails and numerous calls I haven’t been able to resolve nothing. I have been asking for a courtesy car, it’s Wednesday today and still haven’t got a car. I drive a Land Rover and I’ve given two Door two -seat car. I told i go4 I you require a five seat five Door car suitable for my every day use.
I use my car to pick up and drop my grandkids in regular basis throughout the week and needs to be able to fit to car seat which in the car they provided it impossible.
II also must drop my daughter and pick up from college every day.Also we are going on holiday this weekend which is four of us with four suitcases the car wouldn’t be suitable .I am very disappointed with I go 4 and I’ll make sure I’ll tell all my friends and all my family to make sure never ensure anything with them.Costumer services are so rude . I feel scammed the company is complete scam.
Please stay away from them.

Faceless business with hidden charges.
Faceless business, link provided on email to "contact us" upon your account page, does not link to anything, only option is for "help" pages which did not provide any details upon Cancelling an insurance policy at all.
I only managed to get a customer service email address because their website crashed and provided details to report it too.
Beware of hidden charges, cancelling car insurance came with a £55 charge, plus "other" charges of £40 which are not explained.
£95 fee to cancel a policy which costs a fraction of this each month is disproportional and unreasonable.
I would not recommend this business.

A good experience so far. A reasonable premium and helpful staff I spoke to about resolving a descrepency which was showing on my policy. Hopefully in a years time the renewal premium will be such that I can continue to use IGO4 - we will see.

I found the RAC level of breakdown…
I found the RAC level of breakdown recovery misleading because it automatically selected a basic level when you selected Igo4More ,you look at all the check boxes and it suggests that it would be the highest level of recovery including HOME recovery due to the wording .(MORE) When I tried to check if it was the higher level ,it wasn't able to tell me in the Policy Doc descriptor .So it wasn't straight toward to rectify as I had to start again from scratch ,omitting any level of recovery until I got to the "add on options" it was only then that I was given 3 levels of breakdown recovery to choose from.
