BUDGET INSURANCE ARE A JOKE
Budget Insurance is a joke, had no email or any sort of communication regarding my complaint and now it’s going to cost me more money as they want rip off money to cancel my policy when it only cost a fraction before.
I can’t believe in this day and age it’s taken them so long to respond

Actual help with correcting misinformation
There was a longish wait to get to speak to an advisor, but he was helpful in sorting out the problem of misinformation provided by my previous insurer to CUE which had seemed impossible to resolve via that insurer.

I set up insurance with them, my policy was agreed £86 a month, within 2 weeks they took £169 from my bank so I phoned they apologised and said they would sort this out back to £86 and refund the rest, so I thought all was ok, only a week later ta week later !!! They took another £169 without my consent, £338 with in one week from my bank without my CONSENT. And they said they will try and solve the matter with ‘ advise’ in 2 days, no refund’ ‘ TRY’ and solve the matter, they legally have no right to take my money from my bank with in one week and treble the amount, there staff aren’t helpful or understanding, as long as they’ve had the money, (that isn’t there’s) they don’t care, I stronlgy advise do not insure with these.
