Renewal is easy but the price continues…
Renewal is easy but the price continues to rise after years of being loyal. The price has now become unreasonable and is getting towards double compared to quotes on comparison sites.

SpeShambolicnt an hour completing on-line form…
Spent an hour completing on-line form for car insurance twice and getting "Sorry there is a technical issue".
Followed up with a phone call to be told they didn't want my business.
Driving 40 years. 12 years no claims.
For those who have parted with cash I hope they handle claims better than they do new customers

After posting a 1 star review the company replied on trust pilot fir me to contact them. I did so and received an automated response. My anger at their behaviour and financial deductions run deep. Use the company if you want but know if you cancel it is £40 to set up policy, £25 if they have to alter anything on the policy plus a charge for how ever many days of coverage. Hooefully the govt will eventually cap cancellation fees from these insurers.

I cancelled the coverage within the 2 week period and from the £126 deposit I only got £47 back. That was so unfaif and unreasonable. I have not even received it yet.
