Thanks to all the team at Stratford branch. Customer service was outstanding from all the staff and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Went in today needed a tyre mark checked it out it had damage to the sidewall so we needed a new one he didn't have one in stock but managed to get us one with in the hour we are visiting from Australia so we were clueless were to go or what we needed doing but mark got us fixed up & back on the road thank you so much fantastic service.

Once again, good value and friendly service. Had major service, MOT and re-gas - at a price I thought was very reasonable

Dan and his team are great.
Gave me all the details of checks and what needs doing.
Dan was upfront to mention what they can do and what they cannot.

I recently visited HiQ garage to get some new tyres fitted and was met by a gentleman called Gary. Gary changed the tyres quickly and professionally and was friendly and helpful throughout. He made the whole process straightforward and hassle free. As a woman I’m always apprehensive about visiting garages with my limited knowledge of cars but Gary immediately put me at ease. He was friendly and professional and explained everything clearly without making me feel uncomfortable or pressured.

Arrived at 9.00am with a nail in a rear tyre which they repaired and had me on my way in under half an hour. Great customer service I hadn't booked in so really appreciated the rapid service.

Swift friendly respectful service. Booked this morning, done this afternoon and I was able to and use the WiFi while my car was done.

Just had an MOT and service with HiQ in Halton with Roy, who was brilliant, friendly, efficient and helpful as always. I dealt with Mark for the payment and found him to also be friendly and efficient. I have been using this garage for many years and will continue to do so. Would highly recommend.
