What fantastic service! Cannot thank the Plymouth staff enough for fixing our car at very short notice. Notified of our car problem the evening before we were due to catch a ferry to Spain the next day. They squeezed us in early the next morning to order the faulty part required and replace it within the hour. So car fixed and ferry caught! So these guys are very highly recommended and perform a first class service.

Terrible service from HiQ Peterborough. I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM for an MOT and Full Service bundle and heard nothing all day. At 4 PM (30 mins before closing) I had to call them myself, only to be told my car hadn’t been touched yet and wouldn’t be done that day so to come and collect it. I then got called 2 minutes later to say my MOT had been done but had failed and they hadn’t carried out the service.

When I arrived, I was told the service had actually been completed that morning and my car had been left sitting outside all day because the manager had left.

I was given conflicting information, my screenwash was completely empty, and I wasn’t provided with the advertised 53-point service checklist. I have no proof my car even had a service at all.

I was then overcharged by over £30, and despite emailing as instructed to request a refund. All 3 of my emails have been completely ignored.

Extremely poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend this branch.

Great guys. Great work and went above and beyond to get the job done. Highly recommended.

Booked in for 4 wheel alignment. Dropped off and told it would be approx 1 hour. Returned as planned and all completed including a free health check. Shown a before and after report of the alignment and reported that 3 wheels needed adjustment to bring them back to spec. Staff member was very pleasant and explained everything. Very happy with service received.

Car needed a bulb for mot. No charge. Only a small thing but really appreciated.

Impeccable service, ad hoc but dealt with really well. I called with my inquiry at 11:45, engine management light on. Come round for mid-day - which I did. Diagnostics done, glow plug issue diagnosed.
New plugs sorted, fitted and on my way at 13:10 - excellent. Couldn't be happier.

From the first time I took my car to Stratford Upon Avon branch after researching for prices, I was greeted with friendly smiles and honesty. I have now taken my car there 3 times for a service, new tires and MOT and have never been disappointed. Beck and Ryan are great ambassadors for this brand.

Pleasant and courteous staff at the Wellingborough garage. Took the opportunity to explain the tracking readings in full.

Car went in for a mot, the staff are professional and friendly highly recommend!

Dan and his team at HiQ Stamford were awesome!!
I'd pre-ordered tyres and made an appointment to have them fitted, yesterday (Wednesday 14th October).
Unfortunately there was a mix-up with the tyre size; not the fault of HiQ Stamford.
Dan was superb in sorting the issue out. He sourced the correct tyres and not only organised delivery the same day but got them fitted as soon as they arrived.
As I only have Wednesday off work this effort was really appreciated.

5 Hours to change 4 tyres on a normal vehicle is outrageous.

Stupidly took the vehicle back for MOT and brakes. Next thing they tell me they can't test it as it's Class 7. It's never been Class 7 and having checked with DVSA it's not Class 7 now. It concerns we that their MOT tester doesn't know this.

Branch Manager has absolutely no idea at all.

He's polite enough but literally not a clue of his own at all

Prices are reasonable but when you consider the pain of it i'd rather pay twice as much

I had a service done at HiQ today. Alex and the rest of the staff were really friendly, as they have been every time I’ve visited. The booking process was smooth and stress-free, and they had the vehicle done within the hour. Would highly recommend!

I was able to book our tyre change for the next day.The tyre change only took an hour and half to complete.Very efficient.

Great service, prompt and efficient.

After finding I had a slow puncture HiQ tyres Shrewsbury repaired it very promptly with excellent service and great advice

All the staff were lovely. Extremely efficient, my MOT was less than 1hr!
Awesome place especially for people that don’t understand car things, like me, as the guys that work here don’t over charge or try to sell things that aren’t required.
