Booked a holiday to India & Sri Lanka. This is my 3rd booking with H&J. They are fabulous to deal with from start to finish. This holiday was booked with the help of Jas Bhela. What a star! He’s been so enthusiastic, with endless ideas and suggestions, all ultimately tailored to us and what we wanted from this holiday/itinerary. The two previous holidays have been fantastic - I’m sure this will be no different. Thoroughly recommended.

A Truly Exceptional Holiday Planning Experience with Carys
From the moment we decided to explore Sri Lanka, we knew we wanted something special—and wow, Hayes & Jarvis delivered! We’ve done plenty of adventurous trips before (Greek island hopping, RV road trips in New Zealand), but this was our first time using Hayes & Jarvis after finding them recommended online.
From the very first web form submission, the experience was refreshing and positive. Within hours, we had an email and WhatsApp message from Carys, who arranged a call to really understand us—what we love, what we wanted, and what mattered most. She didn’t just listen; she got us. Using her personal knowledge of Sri Lanka, she quickly came up with ideas for an itinerary that fit our timing and budget.
By the next day, we had a detailed suggested itinerary with hotel options and experiences—all within budget. We had another call where Carys walked us through everything step by step, answering every single question (and we had a lot!). Her knowledge and reassurance made the whole process stress-free.
After reviewing the hotels (all amazing!), we made a few tweaks, and Carys promptly created the final itinerary and price. The digital process for confirmation and payment was simple and well-structured.
Honestly, this was one of the best booking experiences we’ve ever had. Carys combined professionalism with a personal touch that made us feel completely confident and excited about our trip.
Would highly recommend Hayes & Jarvis—and especially Carys—to anyone planning a special holiday. She turned planning into a joy!

I was unsure where to start as arranging a special trip with my bestie for our big birthday.
We wanted to go to South Africa and Thidara the Hayes &Jarvis Specialist consultant was on hand to help, initially building an itinerary that we were able to adapt, focusing on budget and clear guidance on what we liked to do. She providing guidance and inspiration without being pushy and was always on hand to call if needed. She was friendly and easy to talk to and I felt listened to.

My personal Travel Consultant, Jasdeep Bhela, did an excellent job in compiling my Vietnam trip itinerary and booking all flights, transfers, activities and accommodation.
I had to make a UK departure date change after the itinerary had been finalised, and Jas rearranged everything extremely swiftly and efficiently, advising of comparable alternatives as accommodation booked on my original itinerary was no longer available. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Great bespoke trip of Vietnam and Cambodia - thank you Carys
Carys put together a fantastic bespoke trip for us covering Vietnam and Cambodia. Due to work commitments we could only squeeze our trip into a relatively short period and Cary's was able to put together an itinerary that ticked of all we wanted to see including all trips within the tight timescales that we had as well as direct flights from the UK. Best booking experience ever
We decided to book a holiday to Egypt at the last minute, and dithered about what we wanted to see and do. Our advisor Carys could not have been more helpful - her local knowledge enabled her to guide us through all the very many options available and choose an itinerary that worked for us. What a company! What a terrific service! And knocks the socks off the competition in specialised holidays. We wanted a bespoke safari in Okavango Delta(Botswana), and had received a poor experience with a rival company. We phoned Hayes & Jarvis and were immediately impressed by their sales executive Chris Cook. He couldn’t have been more enthusiastic and his intention to help us and his efficiency made us feel confident book , what for us was a trip of a lifetime. Once booked, you are allocated an overseas trip consultant who looks after all the details to make sure the trip is a totally unforgettable experience. We had many WhatsApp videos with her and she becomes part of your holiday experience. I’d have no hesitation in recommending to my friends (actually have already done so!), and we hope to book another trip with H&J again in the future. It’s definitely a Big Five (stars!) from us. Thialand variety
This is our fifth holiday arranged by Hayes & Jarvis. We keep using them because they are meticulous and all our travels have been well organised and safe. This time we started at a luxury riverside hotel in busy Bangkok, then a floating hotel on the River Kwai only accessible by boat, followed by a lovely boutique hotel in a calmer Chiang Mai and finally at an elephant camp in the pshest tents we've ever seen - plus we got to feed the elephants!!
