A fantastic trip to South America.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to South America. Beth helped us select great hotels and destinations and we enjoyed the whole experience. Especially important for us was the support of Javier (Gomez) our Concierge based in Argentina. He could not have given us any more help when we needed it, and given we had never been to South America before, just having that friendly voice at the other end of the phone was really comforting. I would really recommend Hayes & Jarvis.

So far, so wonderful! We have yet to go but the planning experience so far has been great thanks to Tayla's lovely, friendly and very helpful assistance. If this trip works out as well as our Peru holiday in 2018, which was also through Hayes & Jarvis, then we are in for a good time!

We've had a fabulous experience booking our multi-centre trip for later this year. Our agent Bethany was a star from start to finish; taking time to understand our precise requirements and offering advice on optimal length of stay for each location together with activities. World class service for our Australian…
World class service for our Australian holiday. We had 3 weeks and wanted to travel from Cairns to Sydney for New Year on the harbour. HJ (James) put together an excellent itinerary to make sure we visited all the key sites and used quality partners for all our tours and trips that we booked on the way.
We had a concierge (Nitika) who kept in contact with us throughout to check all was ok.
HJ have so much experience we would definitely use them again.
