Dacombes of Wimborne have just installed a media wall which included a new 65 inch TV and an electric log effect fire, also concealed strip lighting. They were led by Chris, and the result has been WOW from start to finish. The design incorporated everything we wanted. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and the team themselves are a pleasure to have working in your apartment. The job only took three days and on two of those days we had five people working here but when they left the apartment was immaculate, as if no-one had been here. We were expecting the finished job to be good having read previous reviews but they exceeded our expectations. FANTASTIC

As an ex Holmans customer , this was my first experience of Dacombes .

It was everything I hoped for .
I thought I had an issue with my Panasonic 4K player .
The young man who dealt with me on Friday was excellent , and Ben who I saw today and who I already knew from Holmans were both as you would expect .
Polite , knowledgeable , courteous and friendly .
It would appear the issue is with my 4K disc .

It was a pleasure dealing with the staff at Dacombes .

Everything went smoothly from ordering over the phone to the delivery and fitting of the appliance and removal of the old one. Staff were very pleasant and informative every step of the way.

Extremely helpful member of staff, Mark, on advice and purchasing of built in microwave. Prompt and organised delivery and installation by two very helpful members of staff. Always a pleasure to shop with them.

Excellent service and advice from shop to delivery and fitting. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Customer service and aftersales terrific. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The people in the shop were so helpful and arranged a prompt service, next morning a phone call to say delivery was 15 minutes away then Joe turned up and what excellent service from him and very helpful

I always try to use a local company if I can . The delivery was on time and they kept me well informed of times etc .

All the staff have been extremely helpful from in store to the delivery men. Everything has gone smoothly and my appliance was installed, checked it worked and the old one taken away. An excellent service

Very calm and efficient in fitting a new and larger Fridge freezer to the one taken away to enhance An area of home not the easiest to access

Paul in sales and Ed the brilliant fitter saved the day (my 26 year old Neff hob having been damaged)
They sourced from stock a replacement Neff hob and fitted it in less than 48 hours.
All clean and tidy and it works a treat. Superb service all round . . Thanks a lot.

Great experience as soon as I went into Dacombes , met with friendly smile and was given lots of help deciding which tv was right for my needs by Ben.
Delivered on time and set up by Ed who was very thorough and extremely knowledgable , on the whole a very pleasing experience , good reason to buy from local retailers .

The salesperson was very helpful and answered my questions. Also the young man who installed my washing machine was very polite and professional. Also the other gentleman was polite and helpful too.

The shop service was great. The sales people were knowledgeable, polite, and very understanding, the delivery and installation team was the best we have ever experienced.

Excellent service from start to finish.

We're delighted with our new Miele integral dishwasher and the efficiency of Dacombes. It was fitted within 5 days of ordering. The fitters were very polite, friendly and professional and made a quality job of installation.
