Ricky and Ross were great,friendly and efficient,great team

From the moment I called the office and spoke to Elaine in Sales and when my washing machine was delivered by Toby & Ray, my experience with Forbes Rental has been a positive experience. Elaine was very helpful and professional with sorting out the paperwork required for me to rent the washing machine. Very efficient and the delivery slot was put in place very quickly indeed! Toby & Ray was very courteous and the whole delivery experience was quick & professional. They explained how the machine worked and tested the flow of water into the machine to make sure it was in working order. I am truly happy with my new washing machine and how the team at Forbes Rental handled it all.

Delivery was swift, communication on delivery times excellent. Customer service from initial phone call to installation professional, helpful and quick. Ricky & Ross were polite and informative. Great service all round, would definitely recommend if you’re not sure about how long you’ll need a dishwasher for or accommodating a smaller area of kitchen as was our rationale- went for slimline refurbished Bosch, fits perfectly

Toby and Ray were both excellent. They were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the visit. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Their professionalism and great customer service were much appreciated.

Paul and Phil were very courteous and helpful and when they fitted the equipment they were very carful with my flooring so not to damage it? They explained how the items worked as in the washing machine and cooker they were wonderful. I really like forbes rentals and have been a client for many years if equipment goes wrong they replace it within days and make no argument about it.

My mum and I had a washing machine delivered today from Forbes rentals and we had 2 lovely and kind men Matt and Ross they showed me how to use the machine and they have been to my house before to deliver stuff and all of them times that they have been lovely and friendly so thank you ross and Matt for your lovely service again you both are a credit to Forbes rental xx
