I received the Majority DVD Player about a couple of weeks ago. Firstly, I am very glad that it is a British company with innovative founders and a dedicated team. Looking at their website, there are many other innovative products that are worth considering purchasing. The commercially recorded DVDs that I have played so far all work just fine with excellent picture quality on my 2001 widescreen Philips analogue TV, which is connected to the Majority DVD Player using the three red, white and yellow cables. I particularly like the way the DVD resumes even after turning off the mains for the day, and the next day resuming the movie. This is not enabled on my old 2005 model Panasonic DVD player which still works but the remote control has packed up, and I have been unable to obtain a working remote control replacement. The instruction manual is well laid out and the little remote control is easy to operate. The DVD Player fits in a small space next to my TV set, which is very handy. I had absolutely no trouble connecting and start playing a DVD - it all worked ‘plug and play’! The only DVDs that did not play were the few Panasonic DVD-RAM Rewritable discs used on my old Panasonic DMR-ES10-EB/EBL video player, as I believe additional hardware is required to enable DVD-RAM to be enabled, and the Majority DVD Player sells at a competitive price! I had contacted customer services about my RAM discs, and had received a very quick and to the point reply.
I am very happy with this product and having been acquainted with this innovative and upcoming company!

Bought their Internet DAB module to connect to my stereo, connection was really easy, sound quality and signal excellent, had some issues with the time settings, the help team advised me and it was sorted really quickly. Great company, great support team, great product.

I bought a Majority soundbar for an extremely good price and wasn’t expecting a lot. It was for a summer house so it didn’t need to be arena quality. But it’s extremely good. Great volume, has base and treble adjustment, reliable Bluetooth connection and it looks great. Very nicely made. Could have even more base thump for my taste but overall, it’s incredibly good value and I love it.

I had an issue with the CD player on my Homerton 2. The customer service did a great job helping me to fix the problem with a software update. Everything is working fine now. Maybe wifi reception could be better. Anyway I'm quite happy with their product and customer service is on top.

Had a problem with music being played from a flash drive, not recognised the drive and not able format to fat32. The problem was windows 10 will not format large drives to far32. So tried a 32mb drive no problem, worked fine. Thanks folks.

The salesperson was super helpful when we had an issue with our device and sorted everything out for us right away. Thanks a lot!

Unfortunately, we don't actually manufacture the units here in the UK, they are designed here but assembled abroad. We get the complete units sent to us, ready for us to sell. Due to this, we don't actually stock any internal spare parts.

I bought recently via Aamazon the Majority radio internet called Bard hoping its main description would satisfy my requests as I saw it seemed a Hybrid model that could be set on internet net work and reach stations all over the goble but coul also be set on DAB and FM Mode for a more limited radius- and
for thetime being i wanted only a Dab radio to get clearly some local important stations.
I was delightfully surprised when it arrived as it had a fine compact appearance in various shades of elegant black and has fine acoustics. But furthermore the Majority Company assisted me very promptly by e mail to help me with simple clear istructions how to set my Bard radio in perfect running course,
I am very satisfied with my choice and enjoy my new Majority Bard model radio at any moment of the day.

We contacted Majority Audio because we were struggling to set up a soundbar. They responded super quickly and resolved the issue. Very impressed with the customer service and tech support.

We had an issue with our CD player and I was convinced it needed replacing under warranty.
How wrong was I > The Technical Support Team went through an analysis via email and then provided me with a software update to download and install. This worked instantly and our machine is back up and running perfectly.

When I had a problem with my 6 year old DAB Radio I contacted Majority’s Tech department. I received a swift response and their suggestion successfully sorted out the difficulty. The product itself has been excellent, this is the first time anything has gone wrong. This despite daily use. A great customer focused company that has proved helpful, courteous and eager to assist.

Needed a new DVD player as we have been given a smart TV, had no idea which one to go for so opted for the Majority on Amazon. Pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to install and it worked first time. It was easy to register online as well for the guarantee and get the additional 2 extra years free!
More importantly it’s British!

We had a problem. The radio/cd player screen went blank and we couldnt reconnect. I emailed the tech team who replied promptly and offered different solutions to try, one of which worked. Thank you.

Very pleased with my Homerton 2 also support service was excellent.
