Replacement iPhone was super quick delivery
My daughter's iPhone 17 was stolen in the afternoon so I went to Appliances Direct to purchase an exact replacement. I ordered it after 5pm and it was delivered by DPD before lunchtime the next day just in time for her going on Holiday
It was a great price too, even with the courier delivery I chose to add, it was still £50 cheaper than Amazon etc
The company sends great updates on the progress of the order. Will definitely use again for future appliance needs!

Worst washing machine ever owned and so much back and forth that I'm now just left with and awful washing machine because no one will do anything about it not AD or Hotpoint so much for consumers rights there does not seem to be any these days washing machine Hotpoint anti stain people stay clear , the faults are you can not use all cycles so I was told by engineers apparently they are only gimics to make you buy it and it creases the clothes very badly and it leaks when you put it on the gimics clean cycle so don't use that either so I don't have many cycles left to use but the cycles I bought the washer for I'm told not to use so yes explain that one AD in your reply of no faults found there was just not computer ones and been told to not use the cycles no computer gonna fix that is it !!! these are the faults

From start to finish very easy to deal with , the delivery driver is credit to his company very polite and obliging nothing was too much of a problem .
I would use AppliencesDirect again, my only complaint is, when I had reason to make contact after delivery I found trying to contact Customer Service was not as easy as making my purchase, I was expected to make phone calls not because of a fault with the goods , because Appliences Direct had not supplied me with a receipt for full payment or supplied me with proof of registration of the guarantee.
And I am still waiting, if this could be sorted out I would have no complaints at all.

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever
I honestly had one of the worst experiences with Appliances Direct. I ordered a specific TV and even paid extra for urgent delivery because it was meant to be a birthday present for my uncle. Despite this, they sent me a completely different TV from the one I ordered.
I contacted customer service and requested a replacement. I was then told I would have to wait another 3–5 working days for the replacement. After waiting, guess what? They sent me the exact same wrong TV again!
They have made me chase them for nearly two weeks just to get this issue resolved. I have had to repeatedly contact them instead of them taking responsibility and keeping me properly updated.
By this point, they had completely ruined my birthday surprise for my uncle. When I called them again to explain what had happened, I was told that I would have to wait another 4–5 working days to resolve the issue.
This is completely unacceptable. I paid extra for urgent delivery, received the wrong product, waited days for a replacement, and then received the same incorrect product again. Two weeks of chasing customer service for a mistake that was entirely on their side is ridiculous.
Worst experience ever. Extremely disappointing customer service. I would strongly think twice before ordering from Appliances Direct.

Faulty unit - Zero after sales help
I bought an air con unit that an experienced engineer fitted ( 36 years experience fitting units) which is quite obviously faulty. It whistles like a banshee and you cannot remain in the same room as it so loud and sends you insane... I have contacted them as has my engineer with findings only to be told that it is acceptable and perfectly normal. I have never in my many years of being on this planet been subject to such noise pollution from an air con unit. My engineer report states it must be faulty and needs replacing .. I fully get that sometimes faulty units get out but they way i am told it is normal like i am stupid is truly unacceptable. The sound is worse that torture and i would love to see the staff sit in a room with that noise going on in the background for more than 30 seconds!
After sales service just isn't there and no comfort after spending so much of our hard earned money, just disregarded as yet another money earner for them
** I would like to add that by now i just want a unit that works or a full refund to buy another unit that actually works as it should
