I paid for a delivery yet the company could not find the insulation engineer reg numbers so the item was not sent for over a week until this was sorted, no good will offer was made despite my chasing and and effort to overcome the error

Great price and great customer service.
I bought electriq easy-fit air con. Item looks good and works well. Manual wasn't great, so I contacted customer service, within few emails I get all information I needed. I purchased few other products from them in past, and I have only good experiance with that customer service.

Recently purchased and electriq 12000…
Recently purchased and electriq 12000 btu system. The heating function doesn’t work and cannot even heat or cool a room that’s 3sqm x 3sqm. Description says on website that it can cool/heat rooms up to 30sqm.
This is a complete fabrication. Avoid this company and I shall be reporting to trading standards. Disgraceful behaviour. I have now been left with a £650 paper weight.

The unit arrived ahead of schedule which was really pleasant and it does what it says on the box

Faulty Easyfit air conditioner unit, no refund
Faulty Easyfit air conditioner unit.
Had to pay £350 for engineer to come and try to fix the unit and we're unable to diagnose/fix the fault.
I'm now left with £1000 fan providing no heating or cooling.
Dozens of emails and calls with customer services.
No refund or replacement given.
Look elsewhere.

Wrong item delivered, no resolution
Aircon direct delivered me 1 of 2 units that were addressed to another customer, and my unit to someone else. I was even able to contact the other customer who confirmed they had my unit. After over 2 weeks and 3 half hour phone calls mostly on hold to aircon direct they have done absolutely nothing useful to resolve this, when all they needed to do was send someone to collect both units and deliver them to the correct addresses.
