Delivery disappointment …
It didn’t turn up on the right day but did turn up the following day when they said it would. The product is great and kept us cool last night. It was also easy and quick to set up

My dish washer arrived damaged
My dish washer arrived damaged. It was difficult trying to get to speak to someone. I sent photos numerous times. They offered me £50 to keep it. A broken product?? They then arranged pick up, but I would have to wait a further 7 days for them to make sure it was damaged even though the photos clearly show this, before they could arrange a replacement/refund making the time scale 15 days. Very disappointed with the customer service. Won’t be using appliance direct again.

Fantastic appliance
Fantastic appliance, easy to purchase and great price. Delivery was exceptionally speedy but I'd paid for it to be delivered on a particular day, yet it was delivered earlier when I wasn't at home to receive it. Parcel was left outside my house on a busy street - thankfully it wasn't stolen.
