My only bug bear was the amount of money for the add on's they provide. If I had taken quite a few of them it would have cost me as much as the appliance mind blowing.

Damaged. ☹️
Good price, fast delivery, but there's a scrape on the front of the microwave, which I first thought was sticky stuff, but it's an actual scuff. We are going away in a few days, so I have neither the time or inclination to start sending it back, as our house sitter will need it. Disappointed, as it's a nice thing. ☹️

Made things very difficult
Spent far too many occasions chasing customer services providing multiple opportunities for them to correct issues. Eventually gave up and asked for refund. Then had to contact multiple times for that as they kept sending incorrect amounts and delaying further refund amounts. Polite agents who seem to want to be helpful but very poor at following through on simple actions correctly causing so much hassle. Cannot recommend dealing with this company or affiliated companies in the group.

The delivery service was excellent
The delivery service was excellent. They rang to let me know when they were 20 minutes away. Delivered the item carefully and quietly. (Before 8am and I live in an apartment building.) The guys were great, very helpful and friendly. I would definitely buy from again.
To top it off, the fridge freezer looks great in the small area I have in my kitchen. Well done.

Purchase a full range style cooker. Delivery was excellent. They removed the old one. Unpacked the new one and put it in place for us. They took away the packaging aswell. Highly recommended.
