The quality of the hoodie was poor, the customer service attitude is shocking and the embroidered picture wasn’t anything like expected.

I recently ordered x2 hoodies - one for each of my adult sons - for Christmas. I used photos from a recent family day out, chose hoodies in colours that complemented the colours in the photos, chose a little personalised slogan for the sleeve & hoped for the best (ie. no preview) and wasn't disappointed - the colours & embroidery were fab. Both sons were delighted with their gifts & recognised each other from the embroidery immediately! Great gift & highly recommended!

The responsiveness of the customer service and helpfulness when I had overlooked the preview sent via WhatsApp made the buying experience seamless. I (and the recipient of the gift) was very happy with how the embroidery turned out and how well the shirt was made.

Embroidered our little one eyed dog, and it couldn’t be more perfect! I’m so impressed by the attention to detail and craftsmanship — everyone has commented on it! Such a lovely personal gift.

The hoody itself is a nice, heavily weight quality garment and the embroidery is perfect, it really captured our wee pup. My partner loves it and has been showing it off to everyone.
The option to preview the design assured me that I should go ahead with the order.

I had high hopes for the gift I bought from wearyourmoment and they were only confirmed when I received my beautiful embroidered garment. It is a Christmas gift for a family member and I’m so excited to give it to them as I know they’ll be as delighted as I am.
What I hadn’t expected was the outstanding customer service I received during the ordering process. It was clear the the team at wearyourmoment really cared about getting the smallest details right. I would not hesitate to order something really special from them again.

Excellent product I had a scarf made with my two dogs embroidered on it, the quality is exceptional and the recipient of the gift made particular note of the quality of the scarf, as well as loving the embroidery. Honestly, the product had great quality. Although it didnt quite turn out as I had hoped because of technical difficulties and a much too detailled design request, the customer service was amazing, quick, and totally understanding and accommodating. Would totally order again. Great Team.

Took way to long. Never advised we'd have to pay customs. No refund offered. Do NOT use them if in the EU.

Bought this for my mum for Xmas. It’s overall a lovely idea but there are a lot of additional costs, one of which is quite misleading.
I paid £7 for a preview of my item, assuming that I’d be able to make a change to it. Turns out you have to pay £12 for any changes. I understand that they have to restart from scratch and that there would be a fee attached to that, however I thought that’s what I’d paid for. I now don’t understand what I paid £7 for … just for them to send me an email?? Might as well make the preview £12 and include one change! Would be a much more attractive option. Disappointed overall with how expensive it all became and to be honest the final product doesn’t look how I’d hoped. I ordered a jumper and it’s also really low quality clothing for over £60!!
Overall really disappointed just hope my mum appreciates the thought.

What a great company! I bought two hoodies and then ordered a third once I saw the quality of the both the work and the sweatshirt material itself. Despite being an online company, the service is responsive and personal, with clarity checks and quick replies to queries. These guys are doing it right!

I bought two sweatshirts for my nieces, featuring a photo of them at one of their weddings. I’m absolutely thrilled. The sweatshirts are excellent quality and the embroidery perfectly captures the essence of the photo and the two girls. Can’t wait to see their faces when they open their gifts.

The customer service is amazing. Nothing short of 10/10. I ordered internationally and the local package handling service was having issues delivering it to me and they sent it back to UK 2 times. They made me wait for 2 extra weeks. Fortunately, the wearyourmoment customer service was very helpful and despite this not being an issue on their side, they took accountablity and fixed my problem. They sent back the package with quick replys to my messages and were really nice about the whole situation. The product turned out amazing as well and I'm very grateful for this service. Worth every penny.

The product came out great. I even got an image to confirm before it was printed. One of the products i received was damaged but customer service were really helpful and sent me a replacement without complication. Will definitely purchase again!
