Made my boyfriend's valentine's day!
Ordered the customised sweatshirt using a photo from a recent couple's trip to Paris, and the recreation of it in embroidery form on the sweatshirt was incredible. The colours photographed in the image deck are really reflected in the clothing, at least the maroon, in my experience.
The unisex sizing on the website did make me a little hesitant as I wasn't entirely confident it would be correct, however the unisex S really did matchup to brand name jumpers of mens S really well, and fitted my boyfriend perfectly.
We both loved how it came out, it really made his day, and I've now ordered the same photo on a different colour sweatshirt for myself.

£60 for faulty item - NO reply from company
Ordered a personalised hoodie for £60 only to find that one of the openings to the tassels is faulty. Three emails have been sent to Moments Made prior to writing this review and NO reply from the company themselves. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Stolen Payment, No Product, Ghosted
Ordered 29th May, it's now 3rd November and I still have not had my order fulfilled. I have contacted them constantly for months with sporadic response. All I want is my £108 back that they have effectively stolen! Their customer service team has apparently asked Irwan the owner if they can refund me, and yet he hasn't had the time in the last two weeks to even look at the request. For a company building a reputation on love for their customers, this has been shocking. Trading Standards are involved and has advised to allow another 10 days to resolve before I can apply for compensation due to the sheer volume of effort I have had to put in, over a span of 5 months, just to get a simple response. All I'm asking right now is a refund of the money I paid out!!

Please note that we've tried to contact you at least 4-5 times (Email and Instagram), regarding the out of stock size for your order, seeking for alternative. Having failed to hear from you in these occasions, we're still constantly asking for your response.
Out of the two order, we have posted one of them (ready) and waited for your reply before completing your second order. We have since refunded the difference, so we only charge the item that was completed. However, we can't issue a full refund, because we've already completed 1 out of 2 of your order. Thank you so much once again for your understanding.
