Devon Cream Teas Reviews 

Great. Always good. I order once a year as a gift. It goes down very well, and items can be frozen to make them last longer. Delivered by APC, and they seem reliable.

So Easy to order have brought many cream tea hampers for family and friends have always been told how lovely they are allways great to have a treat delivery is good and on day ordered

Great choice of products, fast delivery. I was kept updated every step of the way. Arrived on time well packed. It was a gift, and told they went down a treat.

Just recieved a small cream tea from my Grandaughter. The scones were nice and fresh but the clotted cream had gone off,(out of date),and the preserve was all watery. Nice idea but not very practical sending cream in boxes,this needs re thinking,ie small cool pouches inside would help.

My brother bought me this for my birthday. It arrived on the right day but it looked like it had been crushed and when you tried to cut into the scones they just broke. Wow disintegrated on the cottage cream was very hard. You could not put it on the bits of scone that you had so overall would not recommend this to anybody.

Cream was delivered on the day you said. Left in a safe place and my cousins said that they could tell that the cream is made with creamy milk. Just like our mums used to make. Will definitely buy here again. Thank you

Firstly, to find Devon clotted cream is such an absolute rarity, Roddas is not right and it's everywhere!
Everything in the hamper was delicious.
Customer service is outstanding, the original delivery was 'mislaid' by the courier company and Devon Cream Teas sorted it out so promptly. They definitely have future custom from me and my family.

Disaster from start to finish! Ordered cream tea to arrive on a certain Wednesday as surprise birthday pressie for friend. She waited in all day and no delivery. Spoke to Devon Teas next day and they said it had been delivered but refused which was not true. Ordered another cream tea and told it would be delivered on next day, Friday. Friday received message from delivery company to say parcel was not being delivered that day and they would let me know what day it would be delivered. Left 2 voicemails with Devon Teas but no one called back! On Saturday received a text from Delivery company only 30 minutes before the allocated time slot and my friend had to rush home to be there. Luckily it finally arrived but not sure cream was fresh as no sell by date on it! My friend had to wait in on 3 different days for the parcel and I was so embarrassed about the whole thing. Will never use Devon Teas again!

My Dad loves two events in life, Christmas and a good cream tea. It was his 80th on Friday and to start his celebrations in style we ordered him and mum a delicious Devonshire cream tea with fudge included. Needless to say, less than an hour after delivery Mum and Dad had had a lovely time! A perfect way to kick off a weekend we were not sure Dad would see given recent illnesses. Thank you so much for the quality tea and speedy delivery. You made his day!

I ordered a hamper for me and 2 big packs of clotted cream for an event at our local allotments. Sadly, only one pack arrived because the courier messed up but the company was really helpful and dispatched one overnight without any hassle. It's always a true measure of how good a company is when things go wrong and what they do to rectify it. Well done. We enjoy Devonshire clotted cream because it's always a good opportunity to educate others that the cream goes on a scone first! Haha. Also we did a side by side taste test with a well-known Cornish brand which paled (literally) by comparison. This clotted cream is solid, sweet and yellow. So yummy!

Sent 3 pots of cream to a friend celebrating her 80th birthday. It arrived in time for her celebrations and the whole family were delighted with the cream. I was kept informed of its travels and emailed promptly when it had been delivered.

After a small 'hiccup' everything was soon sorted to the highest standard.
Recipient was delighted with it.
