cheep and cheerful. does what i ts says on the box

Very good and helpful service from Viz-Pro. The only reason that I have not given five stars is because of a slight design issue with the frame (for which I do not think Viz-Pro were responsible), and the lack of a simple guidance leaflet, which would have been helpful.

We received the white board as stated for delivery. It is very robust and we are really pleased with the quality. Would recommend this product.

we had a damaged product delivered and they way VIZ-PRO/Kelly Bayley dealt was second to none. Fast response and quick recovery.

We had a lockable display board from you but lost the keys. When we asked about this you sent out a spare set within hours of our asking and without charging. Thank you so much. Couldn’t be more helpful.

ordered 2 noticeboards, one was broken in transit. Contacted Kelly and after emailing photos of the damaged noticeboard she arranged a replacement the next day. Thanks

After several failed attempts to get the product I ordered we got there.
Customer Service Agent Louie was on the ball getting 2 replacements sent out, and getting the wrong items collected - sadly the replacement also wasn't the right one.... but he didn't stop trying! 4* is for customer service but really they need to get their warehouse systems sorted so lost a *.
Great product though once you get the right one ....

Customer service was good, they where quick and polite to respond to my complaint with the director contacting me directly, however the product supply was more then terrible, also damaged the product, and to add the keys for the product where missing, which took a further week to be sent to me. they have offered me a refund, and to resend the product out when it comes into stock again which is in a months time. Mixed feelings bout the Viz-Pro, I doubt I will use their services again.

Excellent customer service when I had a query about ordering and delivery of an item.

I ordered an A0 snap frame, which was delivered promptly, but was damaged in delivery, the item was quickly replaced but unfortunately the second item was also damaged while being delivered. Kelly and Louie were superb and are sending out a replace item. I cannot fault there service.
