Octopus Energy got my smart meter going and it's great because I've had to submit manual meter reading for my office for a long time. It works well but also lets me know when I'm actually using power so I can adjust what I do.

I spoke to a lovely person Tom when we as a community venture wanted to change our supplier to Octupus - he was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable and made the switch seem seamless- will be recommending to others

We were investigating switching electricity providers for our community. The team at Octopus were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Switching was easy, and it was refreshing to receive replies to my emails from a real person, which made the whole process great.

I wasn't very happy with Octopus due to significant ongoing historical issues, but Dexter listened and responded with empathy and an excellent professional manner. At the start of the call i fully intended to leave Octopus completely, but his customer service has meant that I have reconsidered and will now use Octpopus at my new residential property going forwards.
