Taz managed to resolve within 30 minutes a problem that we had been stuck with for nearly two months with getting our feed in tariff account set up. As a result we were paid over £600 immediately.

Sabrina was able to generate an offer, despite some difficulties due to our wanting to add an additional contract for another supply at the same address.. Look forward to being able to follow up later.

After receiving an irregular bill with a much higher night charge than usual I called the Octopus help line and was presently surprised by how quick and easy it was to speak to a real person and get straight into resolving the issue.

Dexter was incredibly polite, helpful, and friendly, probably the best customer experience I have had with a utility business.
