Though I have been going through a stressful time trying to sort out tariffs Octopus staff are always pleasant patient and helpful!

My call was answered quickly by Amber who has a very pleasant telephone manner and was very helpful and efficient.

Jordan was very patient with me and answered all my emails in a prompt fashion

Always fantastic service, just switched to their buisness account , it was easy, fast and were such a great help.

It was all sorted within the timescale,Freya was very efficient at replying to me email

After receiving an irregular bill with a much higher night charge than usual I called the Octopus help line and was presently surprised by how quick and easy it was to speak to a real person and get straight into resolving the issue.

Dexter was incredibly polite, helpful, and friendly, probably the best customer experience I have had with a utility business.

The problem was resolved quickly and easily, a real hassle free experience!

Just transferring to Octopus and had problems with the online process. The phone support was excellent and resolved the problems and set up the accounts ready for the switch. However on one account the billing address was incorrect so another call to support and again received excellent help to resolve the issue. Very impressed so far.

Setting up my move to Octopus Energy was a good experience. Harry who helped us was extremely patient and helpful. He made sure I understood what the options were and what I was committing to.

Really helpful guy. just shows how much you can get done quickly with a real knowledgeable person on the end of the phone!

Recently completed renewal of a small business account with Octopus. Complicated by having three different meters showing different tariffs. Phoned to get rates standardised across all 3 accounts. Ekraam was very helpful and completed the update quickly.
Only waited a few minutes for phone call to be answered and everything was confirmed within 30 minutes. Well done Ekraam and Octopus.

I was connected to an adviser (Tiffany) within minutes of ringing. Tiffany was able to see the issue and understood the problem with the standing charges very quickly. Although she was unable to take action herself she made a commitment to resolve it with a colleague as soon as possible and to stop the payment while the issue was resolved. I then had an email confirming that the payment had been cancelled. Very pleased with the service!
