AllDayPA - a truly professional service

AllDayPA has been an important part of our business for more than 20 years. Being a sole trader it was just me running the business, so to have this service answering calls and dealing with my customers in such a professional way was a huge bonus. My clients thought I really had my own PA.

Alldaypa has been great for us

Alldaypa has been great for our company. We switched from another provider due to general quality and price. Really happy on the move we made. Alldaypa gives us the feeling of a smaller team that looks after us and there customer care team is always there to help us if we need anything changing.

Unanswered calls

Went with them because I saw reviews but was extremely disappointed. Kept seeing missed calls on my number, or staff that could quite speak well or take messages and have transcripts automatically taken on my number.

After speaking to customer services I was told sometimes we can be busy so not able to take all calls...isn't that the reason I'm outsourcing it??? Use them stuff your own risk!

AllDayPA Enables 24 Hour Customer Satisfaction

AllDayPA have provided a first rate service over many years for our company. Although we provide technical services, they were soon able to understand both the complexities of our products and the need to ensure any calls they received were dealt with in a speedy and professional manner. Inevitably over a long period of time over many years for which they handled our out of hours support calls, there were occasional minor hiccups with any new staff However, these were efficiently dealt with by providing in depth additional training and didn't impact on the service our customers received. There service was flexible enough so we were able to transfer any office hours calls to them during our own staff training periods. This provided our customers with a transparent service giving us benefits over our competitors. I would certainly recommend their services to any business seeking similar support without impacting negatively on high customer satisfaction levels.

my customers have never had an issue calling me.

I have been with AllDayPA for one year and I have had good service throughout. At no point did any of my customers report any issues to me about the telephone answering service.
