Efficient platform for small & large companies alike
As a company with contracts all over the world we needed a central platform that allowed us to track all our assets, regardless of theatre, and be compliant with local regulations with regards to flight logging and planning. Dronedesk has saved us so much time and effort managing our fleet of aircraft and all the contract pilots we use for our projects. Before, with multiple platforms doing many different things, it was easy to miss some details. With Dronedesk it's all there with a mouse click, including managing client interactions. Dorian is quick to help, and totally on the ball when it comes to changes in regulation that lead to a change in the platform. The newsletter he puts out is full of useful information for different regions, which helps us stay abreast of changes and issues in our locations. A great platform that's simple to use. It's an excellent asset for businesses running multiple aircraft and pilots, as well as owner/operator businesses alike.

Over complex and time consuming
The set up of new jobs is too complex.
It is easier to plan jobs / flight manually using using standard and Aeronautical Maps.

Since using Dronedesk I've found it really nice to use overall. Some of the features I haven't needed to use but they look like they could be really useful. It can be slow loading large numbers of jobs but that probably isn't down to the platform more the sheer volume of jobs on the system.

After working in several apps, spreadsheets, and disparate documents to manage my drone business operations, I found Dronedesk. How did I survive before DroneDesk?
Very useful way of collating flight logs, maintenance, jobs, clients, locations etc. Love the way it automatically generates emergency contact lists/hospitals and local ATC. Saves so much time in pre-flight planning.
