Customer service almost non existent using a script to reply not solving issues or providing refunds on online orders

Excellent product and excellent service. I’ve had troubles with the sign being damaged/vandalized and they have always helped and made the situation better.

LOVE THE PRODUCT.
Love the product....have purchased several felt boards in my life and think this one looks ģorgeous. Neat, professional and the grey colour is gentler, softer looking than the other colours which i like. Could use at home as well as office.
I contacted the company regarding lost fittings, I lost them. I was very impressed by customer services Will and his efficiency, quick answer and help. Well done and thank you Will. Wont hesitate to highly recommend this product and company .

We recently misplaced the "pen holder tray" for our whiteboard. I could not find any similar to the one we needed online so contacted Viz Pro Customer Services who replied almost instantly. Will went above and beyond to send us a replacement pen tray holder for an order we had placed nearly 3 years ago! It came within a few days. I would highly recommend using Viz Pro and any future requirements for this we will be using them again.

I purchased a pavement board from them approximately 5 months ago. Due to heavy wind, the display board was broken. I informed the Viz-Pro team via email, and Will from the team promptly attended to the matter. He arranged to replace the display board within a day at no cost. The whiteboard I purchased for my home educated child has made a huge difference and the quality is excellent. I somehow lost a small piece of plastic which caused my child upset and when I contacted the team they were very fast at replying to me and sent the piece out straight away with no problems.

Terrible company. Bought from Amazon and packaged box was super late and beat up. Opened and it was damaged. Amazon asked to contact the manufacturer. Proceeded to do so and they asked for the order number which I provided from Amazon and they never responded. Do not buy from these scam artist!

Great customer service. We needed a knob for our double sided U Stand. I called to order one over the phone and they actually sent me the part at no cost. I was truly impressed by this because you don't see that happen anymore these days. I love that they backup guarantee their product.
