SPEEDY SERVICE. I contacted Viz Pro today and within minutes I had a response from Will. He was able to assist me and my query was sorted within 5 minutes of my initial message. Brilliant whiteboards, even better people.

Speedy reliable and helpful communication's. A very ‘can do’ approach and delivery very fast. Nothing not to like!

Customer service was really high quality. I received a damaged frame. I contacted Viz Pro and they sent out a replacement on a next day delivery. Again this arrived damaged. Again contacted Viz Pro who sent out a replacement again on a next day delivery. This arrived safely. The extra attention to the packing was very much appreciated. Although it`s a shame when things arrived damaged the way the issue was dealt with was refreshing.

I ordered a whiteboard combi. Price was very reasonable. Delivery was earlier than the date given at order. Instructions for fitting clear and all fittings supplied.

Initially I bought a large pin board from Viz-Pro but when it arrived it was very damaged. Not their fault but the courier. I needed a replacement very quickly for an event which was delivered on time and I’ve now received a prompt refund thanks to their customer service rep, Will

I had an issue with the delivery of an A1 Board but as soon as I got onto Will at Viz-Pro he agreed to send out another product straight away. Great aftersales.

Received a whiteboard which was dented, presumably in transport to my house. Got in touch with Viz Pro and they immediately sent a replacement at no cost. Thank you for the good communication and quick resolution.

I contacted Viz-Pro after needing a part for an item that was purchased from Amazon and that was sold by a third party, which I wasn't aware of when I initially contacted Viz-Pro. Not that any of that was an issue, Will was so helpful, he asked the warehouse and found the part we needed, it was sent out straight away and instead of returning such a large item to amazon we rectified the problem with the missing part.
