Sarah was very helpful, friendly and informative throughout the process of viewing and offer.

We got in touch with the Fleet office to view a rental property as we were looking to move somewhere bigger. Only I could attend the viewing due to my partners work commitments and I met Sarah who showed me round. She is informative, pleasant and I felt well informed about the property so I could paint a picture of what it was like to my partner. We agreed to put an offer in which was accepted the same day and Sarah as kept up contact since. Thank you for making the process so simple and stress free.

Sarah Morris helped me with my paperwork and understanding how my tennancy worked. She was prompt with her replies and didn’t complicate anything, making for a smooth transition into my first home. Sarah’s was polite when I visited the office and made me feel welcomed. She was excited for me and remembered details about me throughout our engagement. Collected the keys was nervewracking for me but Sarah made me feel comfortable and positive. Thanks Sarah for great customer service.

The people were just nice and patient

From start to finish, Vickey's were very professional, informative and helpful in managing the sale of the property. I was contacted by phone once a week to keep me updated on the progress plus emails on relevant points. The whole team were easy to liaise with and I would feel to be in safe hands if I use their services again.
