Lifetime subscriptions have been cancelled. Just received a mail, that the service was cancelled. Without refund. Just an information to a new service “fridayplays.com”. Really bad.

Had an Account Got Scammed
Had an Account, canceled my account had my account banned including the games I didn't redeem.
Scam Company
I would give ID but Ubercrate banned my account!

To this day I have not had one AAA game (9 months in), often get 10 indie games worth little more than a dollar each. Duplicates every second month, horrid customer service - they release the months games only after lodging a support email, while stating "the games were there, you need to refresh your browser"... yeah, that never seems to work, yet magically they "appear" after lodging a support ticket. Not happy about being treated like an idiot. Worst purchase I've made. Report these guys to your credit card company as fraudulent, perhaps anyone else trying to purchase from them will be blocked from making the same horrible fate - if I could kick off a class action against these scammers I would.
tried it out, scamed out of $400
i purchased last year to try it out, loged in a few days ago and saw a 400 dollar charge to my account, i tried to contact services to refund for the service i had not yet received, as is normal for most companies, they responded instantly stating no refunds, and they never responded to my cancellation of my account emails. now i have to open a dispute and try to get my money back in a fraud claim
Unacceptable experience
"unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct"! It's the exact expresion of this Ubersite.
They've posted some "previous crates" on the front page, but don't let these crates lying you, the real ones are worse than you can imagine. And imagine that you're paying 29 euros for a crate, it's ridiculous for what you get, 10 indies of 4-5 euros total value!
Do you want to know what's in the last crate from 16 december? Time of truth:
1.Rebuild 3 Gangs of Deadsville - 0.39€, according to allkeyshop.com (they don't like the real value of their UBER GAMES, so you'll never know this value unless you search for yourself)
2.Tormentor X Punisher - 0.39€, according to allkeyshop.com
3.Rollers of the Realm - 0.39€, according to allkeyshop.com
4.Guns of Icarus Online - 0.38€, according to allkeyshop.com
5.Kimmy (never heard of it) - 0.20€, according to g2a.com, it's not listed on llkeyshop.com
Cute games, is't it? :D Let's continue with the STARS:
6.The Culling Of The Cows - 0.30€, according to allkeyshop.com
7.The 39 Steps - 0.42€, according to allkeyshop.com (BEST VALUE AROUND!!!)
8.Pixel Puzzles 2 Anime - 0.39€, according to allkeyshop.com
9.The Dark Stone of Mebara - 0.37€, according to allkeyshop.com
10.Gun Metal - 0.39€, according to allkeyshop.com ("All games are randomly chosen from our curation team" - i'd say their curation team has a little obsession for 0.39€ UBER INDIES)
AND FINALLY, IF you are nice enough to pay another 11€ for the very special and extremelly select DIAMOND VIP AREA, then and only then you will receive the most wanted AAA game, this month is BORDERLANDS 2 (finally, a good one, listed at 2,87€, according to allkeyshop.com), but you just realize that you spent 40 euros, for a total value of... (i'll use the calculator app, i simply don't have the intellect to manually, or better said cerebrally calculate these so expensive values).......... 6.49€ (10 games of 3.62+ AAA game at 2.87)
I fully subscribe to what dgc1980 says, i live the same ubershitty experience:
"1.you do not get any AAA games in your bundle
2.you cannot remove your credit card details
3.you cannot cancel your subscription without emailing them, they never reply"
Plus i've got banned because i've told them that i am completelly dissatisfied of their crate and they use false advertisement on their front page to attract more subscription users (in their previous / past crates from the front page, they have at least 3 AAA games out of 10 in each of the crates, but in fact you receive no AAA games at all, although you pay 29 euros, it's really shameful). I've told them that i want a refund for such a false way of making you subscribe, but instead i've got banned and they've never replied to my 3 unsubscribing requests I sent to them.
My advice to you is to keep away as far as you can from this type of subscriptions.
It is unacceptable, unreasonable and, above all, rude to behave like this, especially when those with whom you behave like that have paid you significant sums of money for which they want to get something reasonable in return.
Ubershit
this site offers 2 AAA games and some other fillers each month for a premium fee compared to sites like Humble Bundle
you do not get any AAA games in your bundle
you cannot remove your credit card details
you cannot cancel your subscription without emailing them, they never reply
lucky I used a debit card that I use for this stuff, that has $0 all the time and only money in it when I want to use it
Under crate fraud
Worst service from this sort of organisation iv ever experienced, firstly they incorrectly charged me roughly $400 more than they should have then they made no effort to correct this charge and only replied with “no refunds sorry” I then entered a complaint and instead of correcting their wrong doings they instead banned my account, so now not only have a been charged 5 times more than I should have I don’t actually get to receive any of the games they I have been over charged for. I now have to go through a fraud service to recover my money
Purchased as part of a promotion for 1 …
Purchased as part of a promotion for 1 year subscription from a deals site. Turns out that even if you don't purchase the subscription from them, they get your credit card details will renew for the full amount. I stopped receiving emails from them and just assumed that it ran it's course, then got hit with a $400 bill for a new subscription.
bad games - no information about canceling
All the games are old games, nothing good, and to cancel the subscription you have to send a mail, which is not informed in the site. It doesn't clearly say what you should do to cancel and it's written "1 year subscription" in your account so it can clearly make you think that it's not going to rebill you.
I had an alert in my agenda but seeing nothing I thought I didn't have to cancel anymore and it would be so for a year. After seeing that it was wrong they won't give your money back even if you don't use anything. Also after asking to get my money back they just canceled the subscription (5 days after getting the money for 1 year) so it basically means I won't receive any games, although I don't really care because the games are not interesting, but it means I'll pay for a year for nothing...
STAY AWAY FROM UBERCRATE OR STEAMCRATE
Automatic renew notice only sent days before renewal. Not enough time to cancel. Have to pay more than $400 AUD for 12 months subscription. Cancelled 1 day after and still have to pay the whole year . No refunds. Totally not worth that much for games that are not even good. Never seen a AAA rated game on the list in the last 12 months.
Avoid like the plague
Got 3 months for the price of £20 to test it out, even purchased the diamond upgrade for better games. Not worth it AT ALL.
There is NO OPTION to cancel subscriptions, they are all automatic recurring payments.
Even if your payment method is NOT stored online they still take the payments and you can only get refunded if you contact support and don't access the keys.
Worst service imaginable, a sly scam.
------
Just an update. After requesting a refund from them automatically renewing and taking a payment they banned my account and as a result I have lost over 10 games currently present on their website.

It' awesome gameplay and i have met a lot of people through this game. A bit lagging when trying to move around inside and outside the base but not a major annoyance. Challenging to accumulate resources but doable. its an awesome game...

i like the big games very much . I appreciate fast and effective customer service.thanks Ubercrate.
As satisfying a a gravel sandwich.
I got suckered into buying a subscription last year through a huge discount from an ad I ran across on a tech website.I think it was around $100 dolllars, and figured even if each game was only worth a dollar and I got 1 or 2 good games it would be worth it. The whole year I have not gotten one game that has not been absolute garbage shovelware and recieved several games a few times.Take everything everyone says in these poor reviews to heart, you do not want this. Take your money and just buy a game you want to try, you will have a lot more fun. Just even redeeming the codes for this garbage feels like a monthly chore and I have let some pile up because it is a waste of time.

Website is a paid lottery where you have to keep buying "Crates" to get games that are worthless. And there is no way to cancel the subscription yourself.
Thanks, STEAM/Ubercrate
Annual rebill with NO prior notice; I'm out £263. ($344)
Avoid like the plague!
Warning - Stay away - Avoid
Warning, DO NOT purchase from this company. I have had no luck getting any help from this company. They took $170 and did not provide any games, or offer a refund, when asked to, they cancelled the account, and still didn't give a refund. Filed dispute with bank. I recommend everyone who has gad isses with by this company do the same, and their credit card processing abilities will be revoked. Avoid avoid avoid. You are unable to get your games and cancel your account before they auto renew and screw you over. No cancel account button. Speaking with their support, they simply do not care. File credit card disputes, post warnings everywhere you can, and make sure none of your friends get scammed by these people.
Cancelled my subscription but the next …
Cancelled my subscription but the next month they ended up charging me money after they suddenly removed the canceled subscription button. they also removed subscription ID's from their website.
STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS SITE
STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
Had a three month sub. First two months all i got were shovelware games with little to no value. On the third month, they didn't deliver the games. I started complaining and they told me it was Amazon's fault for some reason. I wanted to cancel my sub a month ago and they told me i had to wait until the last month or my games will be void. So i waited until the 16th (still not receiving any games) and, after a million and one support talk i've managed to cancel my acc in fear of they charging me again. Lo and behold, i've received an email saying the games have arrived a week late but i cannot have them because i canceled my account. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM UBERCRATE
I dont even know how to start adressing …
I dont even know how to start adressing problems with them. First the games didn't come until I started to complain. Then I forgot to cancel my subsricption 2 days prior to the end and they charged me 70something pounds. Then I didn't receive a single game from that new 3 month subscription. Then they don't answer. And the games you get? They can be bought on other pages for couple of bucks. Totaly not worth it. Better yet, avoid at all cost!
