Perfect Prep machine is not safe!
machine does not do what it claims! you still need to wait for bottle to cool down when it’s done. the device produces a final bottle of 43.5C !!! extremely dangerous temperature for a newborn. no setting to adjust temperatures. support is hopeless and takes too long to reply. the app disconnects from bluetooth saying it’s out of range while standing right next to it. only a restart brings it back.

Cienna was extremely helpful. Explained id only had the product a month and was experiencing an issue with it. Once video was sent over she could see the issue and sorted out a replacement for me.

I contacted Tommee Tippee due to having concerns of the safety of my perfect prep machine. The feeds were coming out in excess of 40 degrees when they should have been ready to feed. I emailed and expressed my concerns for the safety of my baby and the team helped come to a solution. They organised a replacement machine and for the faulty machine to be collected for quality checks.
The new machine arrived swiftly and had been working as designed! I wish to thank you all, especially the members of your team who have assisted me in getting this resolved (Izzy, Nicholas, Cienna and Tayla). The new machine has made me feel less anxious feeding my daughter. It has been a pleasure working with you all. This is great customer service!

The numbers on some of the bottles I purchased had worn excessively in a short period of time and there was no hesitation to help and provide a solution in sending new ones out! I accidentally ordered to wrong one I wanted a bottle rapid warmer but when I went online for help it just kept saying my order number was wrong then I’ve had it about a week and it just kept flashing red on and off and now it’s stopped working all together… not the best rapid cools at all. And I’ve ordered the bundle that comes with the rapid cools and rapid warmer dreading it now because I know how crap the other one I just got is

My wife and I purchased a tommee tippee prep machine, and we had a fault after set up. I have tried chatting to tommee tippee customer care on their website and Jude who "assisted" me was less than helpful. I clearly explained my issue to them, however I then needed to provide them with alot of personal information so I could upload a video of the issue, but I HAD EXPLAINED THE ISSUE TO THEM! issue was not resolved, far from helpful. It's a shame because the prep machine does look ok.

Bought the new tommee tippee and Binibamba pram shrug, print quality poor sadly looks like a child printed it! I now understand why they used influencers and famous people to launch it. The print quality on the bag it cane in was so much better

I bought my daughter 6 of the anti colic bottles for her baby due in 4 weeks time. She had used them for her first baby and was very happy with them. After sterilising the bottles the lids would not stay on. I contacted customer service at Tommee Tippee who offered to replace the bottles straightaway. Within 2 or 3 days a new set of bottles arrived. I cannot fault the customer service received.

I had an issue with my bottle cooler and the team were a great help and sent me out a replacement, no faults and the staff where great I was speakin with Nicholas, Florence, Debbie and Morgan and had no issues at all
