I had such a wonderful experience today…

I had such a wonderful experience today with Tommy Tippee customer support. Cienna, Lanre, and Izzy were all incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout our conversation. Even though I was unable to purchase the bundles I wanted because they are only available in the UK and I live in the US, they still went above and beyond to help me.

Lanre especially worked to arrange some newborn bottles and pacifiers for twins due in June, and that kindness truly meant so much to our family. It’s rare these days to find customer service teams that are this compassionate, patient, and willing to help however they can.

Thank you again to Cienna, Lanre, and Izzy for making what could have been a disappointing situation into such a positive and heartwarming experience. Tommy Tippee should be proud to have representatives like them!

Tommee Tippee has the best bottles and now customer service!

I have trusted Tommee Tippee for all my babies. Especially the anti colic bottles. My 3rd baby unfortunately has reflux and colic, this was the only bottle that he would take. My puppy ate the venting tubes from 3 of the bottles! I didn't want to buy brand new ones just for 1 piece. Contacted them but they don't sell just that piece. Jo and Nicholas are sending replacements instead to accommodate! Love the customer service! I will be recommending to everyone. :) thank you for the amazing customer service

Replacement cup

I work at a daycare and we use the Sportee cups and one of the valves melted in the dishwasher but I couldn’t buy a replacement cup and just needed a replacement valve but unfortunately they didn’t have any in stock but Nicholas G. helped me out and sent me a replacement cup! He was very helpful!

Replacement Cup

I contacted Tommee Tippee to purchase a replacement valve for my daughter’s sippy cup. They don’t sell just the valves, so they are sending me a replacement cup instead! I spoke with Kelly, super impressed with the customer service!

I reached out to tommee tippee for a “care package” for my 16MO, she is so obsessed with their glow in the dark pacifiers and she has to have 3 every night to sleep with. I have spent so much on these paci’s and they gave us some for free! We love them, and will continue to keep purchasing from them as long as she is taking paci’s ❣️.

Hoods for bottles

I requested some hoods for my bottles that I had lost. Within a short amount of time, Beverley got my information, ordered the hoods from the warehouse and is going to ship them to my home. Beverley took care of me quickly and courteously. I will definitely recommend Tommie Tippee! Thank you!

I spoke with Tayla And Izzy. They responded very quickly and was very understanding to my situation but due to my product in question not being stocked at their facility they could not provide me with what I specifically needed. However They went out of their way to gave me an alternative that will help me just as much.

I’ve been using tommee tippee for YEARS now’s and they’ve never let me down. Knowing they have great customer service behind the products speaks volumes.

Customer service help

I’ve always heard great things about this brand and I finally got to experience first hand how amazing this brand and their team is! I had some issues back to back with a couple sippy cups and lanre and Kelly were so very helpful and calm with me during our conversation about my sippy cups.

Active spout replacement parts

I reached out to them through their Facebook page about getting replacement valve parts for their active spout cups because that's the only cup my autistic child will drink from, and they said that they are currently out of stock of the valve replacement parts,so they offered to send me new cups for the inconvenience. Great company. All my kids used their sippy cups and bottles.
