Ordered a Tommee Tippee product from Amazon that arrived and was faulty, tried to contact Amazon but their response was to contact the manufacturer directly.
Spoke to Beverley from Tommee Tippee and she was incredibly helpful, resolved my issue and explained the benefits of ordering directly from Tommee Tippee over a third party retailer like Amazon which I will definitely be taking into account next time I order a Tommee Tippee product as I have used numerous Tommee Tippee products since having a baby and will likely continue to do so on the future.
All in all exceptional customer service from a company that provides great products

We have the perfect prep pro machine.
It's amazing for making our babies milk up.
Worth the money. It's makes a bottle up quickly (within a few minutes) when your baby needs it.
During the UK heatwave this week, our house has been 30 degrees inside because it's a new build. The perfect prep pro machine does not appear to work in high room temperatures. The water dispenser states it's too hot despite adding cold water to the tank. I understand that this is a safety feature to ensure our baby's milk is safe and not too hot to drink. As a result users need to be mindful of this and ensure they have an alternative way to feed their baby during heatwaves.
I would buy this machine over and over again it's excellent. I feel reassured that our baby is in safe hands with this product due to this safety feature. Tommee tippee are a great company.

I got the prepgo for my baby shower and unfortunetly when I came to use the white flask that cools it down the screen wouldn't illuminate! I got in touch with Tommee Tippee UK via facebook messanger and was pleasently assisted by Cienna. Cienna was helpful and forfilled all my requirements for today and is arranging for a replacement to be sent out for me. I would definetly feel confident in contacting Tommee Tippee UK with any further concerns. Customer service was a 10/10. The reply was also very quick. Not yet come across any issues with their products other than this, all products are fairly priced too.

I love this brand so much! I had my first baby 6 weeks ago and I have a steraliser, prep machine, bottles and an electric breast pump. I just trust the brand!
I bought a breast pump off Amazon and sadly the tube was defective but Cienna was able to help and ordered me a replacement tube and a spare for my machine! She was so quick and helpful!

I am extremely disappointed with this product and the customer service I have received.
From the very beginning, the machine failed to calibrate correctly and would not dispense formula powder as intended. I followed all instructions provided in the manual and spent countless hours attempting to troubleshoot the issue. I also provided multiple videos to customer support clearly demonstrating the fault.
Over several days, I exchanged numerous emails with different representatives and even had a telephone call with a support agent. During the call, I was instructed to manually add formula powder to assist with calibration. Despite following these instructions multiple times exactly as advised, the machine continued to display a red warning light and failed to function properly.
What has been most frustrating is the amount of time and effort required to prove that the product is faulty. I have repeatedly provided evidence, followed every troubleshooting step, and cooperated fully with support. Yet despite this, I have not been offered a replacement or refund.
This is a product designed for parents and babies. It should work reliably and be straightforward to set up. Instead, I have spent days troubleshooting a machine that still does not perform its basic function. As a parent, the last thing you need is additional stress from a product that is supposed to make feeding easier.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product. The product has not worked as advertised, and the after-sales support has been disappointing and unnecessarily drawn out.
