What great customer support service

What great customer support service! So easy to reach out and talk to someone, I explained my problem, and with very little faff it was resolved. Would definitely mean I'll choose tommee tippee if given the choice on future products as little man grows. Very grateful mum right now. Thank you!

Excellent experience for a faulty replacement

A replacement for a faulty item originally purchased through Amazon handled very quickly and effectively. Talking to Izzy through email Tommee Tippee chat on a Friday evening. A collection was arranged for the faulty item on the Monday and replacement was received the Wednesday. At 36 weeks pregnant it was wonderful to have an issue sorted so effectively. Thank you Izzy for the exemplary customer service / experience.

Great product and fantastic customer service

Purchased a Tommy tippee cooling flask which has been a lifesaver, had an issue with the lid flashing and not updating, which after contacting through live chat/email this was resolved quickly by a replacement being ordered. Sophie Beth and Diego were all so helpful and quick at arranging a solution. Great customer service and quick solution.

Quality service

Customer service at Tommee Tippee is amazing. I received a set of glass baby bottles that were broken during transit, I was kindly offered a replacement. What else can I say other than the service was impeccable.

Missing item

Bought a product that had items missing contacted amazon where i bought it from and issued me a refund and allowed me to keep the rest of thee items, will definitely recommend as tommy tippee where very helpful in helping me with this

Great customer service from Beverley

Ordered a Tommee Tippee product from Amazon that arrived and was faulty, tried to contact Amazon but their response was to contact the manufacturer directly.
Spoke to Beverley from Tommee Tippee and she was incredibly helpful, resolved my issue and explained the benefits of ordering directly from Tommee Tippee over a third party retailer like Amazon which I will definitely be taking into account next time I order a Tommee Tippee product as I have used numerous Tommee Tippee products since having a baby and will likely continue to do so on the future.
All in all exceptional customer service from a company that provides great products
