Great product super fast delivery no problems here.. and I mistakenly ordered two sleeping bags and swiftly got an email stating the fact and emailed them back after which they sent just one..as i said no problems here..👍

Fantastic customer service

I never fill in these review requests but I have to say I had quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever received from the very nice man at The Sleeping Bag Store. He couldn’t have been more helpful, answering my many questions and then even calling back with some further helpful information for me. Highly recommend!

Great quality and service.

Great quality sleeping bag and sleeping pad. Small pack size for my trip around the Isle of Wight. Prompt delivery. Would happily buy from here again.

Excellent customer service

I accidentally ordered the same product twice and the company rang me very soon after to check whether I had meant to do it or not, saving me the hassle of having to return it. Excellent customer service. Plus it arrived really quickly and well packaged.

My order was sold to someone else

I ordered the last sleeping bag in stock, my order was marked as fraudulent. Somehow, whilst under review the sleeping bag which I had purchased was bought by another person and shipped to them before I could even get in touch. Absolutely shocked that this could happen in a small family owned business.
The man I spoke to on the phone said he did warehouse and orders etc. so how it was sold so someone else without realisation it was on hold is unbelievable. They probably thought my partner's Welsh name was fake!

Our sincere apologies for the problem with this order. We pride ourselves on our customer service and on this occasion we have let you down. Certain transactions do flag in our banking system and so we contact customers to ensure that everything is ok with the order. Unfortunately the stock shortage on this clearance line appears to have been a technical glitch which meant we couldn't fulfill the order but I do hope you managed to source an alternative bag for your trip.

Efficient and Very Helpful

Goods received quickly, then when I discovered I had mistakenly ordered wrong item it absolutely no problem to return and exchange. Can not thank Stewart enough for this help.
