Keep away , Ordered some Fiamma brackets
Ordered some Fiamma brackets , looked at the delivery and thought I would have them in time , soon as order I got confirmation then the next day they said Evri had them and I got confirmation from Evri never ever turned up and when I contacted uk camping they said they have contacted Evri and they had a problem and they will be out soon days past still nothing so contact everyone again and Evri said uk camping never handed them over , all very strange then Uk camping also said Evri never received them and said they will refund but takes five days then never even processed the refund and now I have another email saying they have now processed the refund and now it will be ten days , so now I can’t afford to order with a good company until I receive my money and the last holiday has now past , terrible company and someone somewhere is telling fibs maybe to keep your money as long as possible to juggle the books very worrying

Milenco safety caravan torque wrench. I originally ordered this item from Amazon but they let me down with the delivery of the product so I searched the internet to see if I could purchase it from another company.When I searched again UK Camping appeared in my browser,so I went on trust pilot to check out the reviews for the company.Some were good and some were bad but there were more good reviews. I placed an order it was FOC delivery it arrived in just 2 days by Evri. Perfectly packaged. Very impressed with this company will buy again.

Meals exceptional. Prices i expected more. Great value the facilities were great, entertainment great, prices are reasonable for a campsite.
Disadvantages. The food vending shop rather expensive buy eggs. You need to get bacon along with it

Problems with delivery
Ordered a hitchlock. Sent to me using Evri, who unfortunately failed to deliver. Whilst clearly not UKC&L's fault I've marked them down simply because it's taken 11 days to agree to refund me.

Milenco Steering wheel lock arrived…
Milenco Steering wheel lock arrived very quickly. I feel it makes my car very secure. I have been using one of these locks for over a year and this purchase is for use with my wife's car. They are very quick and easy to take on and off and give great protection for cars that do not have a key.

Terrible stock / SKU management
Not a great experience. Stock labelled up incorrectly in the warehouse so sent me internal blinds for a VW and not a Peugeot. Had to share multiple photos (despite the blinds having the VW box ticked on the product SKU slip). Then wanted me to pay for the return. They had no more stock. Eventually sent me a pre-paid label. Mistakes happen, but I then found the same blinds on sale at another company on eBAY. Turned out it's the same company as these guys but different T/A name. Still selling the wrong SKU. Emailed them, said they'd sort it and still haven't and their website is STILL selling them. Crazy.
