From the minute I messaged them about an electric bed the process was so quick and easy, we received the bed really quick delivery was on time and lots of notice before it arrived! And the bed is absolutely perfect my brother is now managing to get some sleep now he's so comfy! Would 100% buy from here again

This is the second mattress purchased and it’s excellent quality so comfortable! Only a few days once ordered was delivery ! Kept me updated with everything ! And the price was fantastic! Shall be definitely using Bed Heist in the future 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ordered New Bed and Mattress, was contacted to arrange delivery, Bed and Mattress was delivered on time and received a call that morning to confirm it was on its way, I then was contacted after delivery to check if everything was OK. Great Service.

I had made a order with this company and paid a deposit, I was no longer needing the bed and when i went to cancel the order i was then issued with a cancellation fee witch i wasn’t made aware of at the time of purchase, they are not threatening to send debt collectors to my house! Please be aware when placing an order with this company!

If I could give less than 1star I would.
Very helpful when ordering but delivery was at 10.15pm.
The mattress I ordered was heritage 5500 pro igel the one delivered was a heritage 5500 gel£75 cheaper than what I paid when I informed them next morning they asked for photos they then told me it wasn't their mattress ??? They would check and get back to me but they didnt.
I kept trying for a reply but no luck.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THE AFTER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

I bought the 14-inch thick mattress with the gel topper for keeping cool. Its amazing to sleep on. Comfortable, I dont over heat, and its easy to move. The delivery driver was very polite and helpful. Very respectful too.

As I wos looking for a double mattress for my little girl and 1day I just spotted this website on Facebook, like many other things now days people advertise I wosent very sure to go forward or not however I did and the mattress came after 3 days if I remember correctly, delivery guy wose a bit early but that wosent problem couse he wose waiting for me great lad , after i put the mattress on my daughters bet it looked very good and she lis very happy with her new mattress one night she wosent ther and I tried my self very comfortably &now I'm looking forward to get my self a super king size mattress great price and very happy with mattress ,thanks guys

Received my bed couple days after ordering it the bed is Apollo black plush velvet and is beautiful with a fabulous comfy mattress I am overall very pleased with my purchase also very well priced will deffo recommend this company and will also use again if need any more new beds thankyou
