Very pleased with my purchase very comfortable and very affordable

Still waiting for bed heist to come back to me re low quality mattress I was sent. They promised it was a firm mattress when purchased, they have sent me a soft lumpy uneven mattress. They are not getting back to & it’s shocking how they lie to get your order. Do not use this company.

The whole procedure was very good, two phone calls from driver to say when to expect him, would recommend the company, only downside was there was NO instructions

I just bought a mattress from them and they sent me a mattress thats low quality and shorter by 4inches of my bed base. I asked to change it but they stopped all communication with me and i really need this to be sorted,,,

I have mobility problems and for so many years I've wolen up throughout the night and the morning in pain. But not anymore , I slept like a dream and I woke without pain and the delivery was really quick and the man that delivered it couldn't be more helpful. 😁🥰 thank you.

The communication was amazing, bed was delivered within 2 days of ordering. I opted for a king size divan with drawers and the 14inch igel mattress. I can honestly say that the bed is incredibly comfortable. It’s also super stylish. I even received a call back from the lovely Sarah to ensure that I was happy with the bed. The delivery person was also brilliant.

I bought a a bed and true to the company word the bed is beautiful and so comfortable I really love it and I will go back again the price is so reasonable and the delivery was on time and the driver was so polite and helpful thank you so much to the driver and the company for all your phone calls keeping up to date I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
