This Company does not manage it's own stock, so order at your peril.

A mattress, mattress protector, 2 x pillows, 2 x pillow protectors, and the removal of my existing mattress were order on April 19th. I was given a delivery date of the following Thursday (23rd). Using the tracking details provided I watched the progress of the delivery van. When it pulled up outside my house I was presented only with the mattress protector, and they took away my old mattress (which my wife and I had struggled to get downstairs and out of the house earlier in the morning).
I immediately contacted Rem-Fit to alert them to the fact that the majority of the order was missing. The reply was apologetic, and a promise that they would moniter the rescheduled delivery for the 28th.
On the 28th, the delivery van arrived with only 2 pillows! The responces to my messages to Rem-Fit asking them to telephone me ASAP were met with Emails saying - 1: The order had been fulfilled. 2: The delivery might still occur, 3: They don't deal with problems using the telephone. Surprisingly (or not) after my next message said that if I didn't get a phone call I would demand not just a full refund but the return of my mattress, I received a phone call. I was informed that Rem-Fit don't hold their stock, it is all held by DX, so it isn't easy for Rem-Fit to know where the items are, they have to talk to DX. I was assured that they would be talking to DX the next morning to sort the situation out.

All I can say is that any future mattress purchases I make will NOT be with Rem-Fit, and that if and when the mattress arrives that it isn't the most comfiest thing on the planet, I will be insisting on a financial discount or they can take everything back AND return my mattress.
I will update this review accordingly.

Avoid at all costs

It's been an absolute shambles! After sleeping on a Rem Fit 4000 Ortho Elite Hybrid for the weekend and loving it, we decided to order one for our bed. We ordered our mattress on 23/2 along with the mattress cover plus it came with 2 free memory foam pillows/covers. We received 1 pillow and cover a week later. Then another pillow the following week. Eventually we received the mattress toward the end of March (after chasing) only to discover they sent a Euro King size mattress not the UK King we ordered. Eventually they sent the correct mattress which we received on 6/4 - 6 weeks after our original order!! Now the fun starts. We do not believe the mattress we are in receipt of is the 4000 Ortho! It's not firm (9/10 tension according to website) and it seemingly does not have any side support walls (as also advertised). Our mattress feels nothing like the one we slept on at our friends house and replies seem to have stopped from Rem-Fit!
On that note, responses are AI generated and it seems impossible to speak to anyone despite asking several times for a call.
We 100% regret ordering from Rem-Fit. I wouldn't recommend the product or company to anyone!!!

The age of the mattress you tried at your friend’s home can affect how it feels, as mattresses do soften slightly over time. The type of bed base (for example, slatted vs solid), the size of the mattress, and even bedding such as mattress protectors and sheets can all influence firmness and overall feel.

Highly recommended !very pleased with the mattress-…

We are very pleased with the mattress- both my wife and i think its excellent quality. We particularly like that it has springs,which means you dont disturb the person sleeping next to you when turning over. As we' ve had issues with back pain, we can honestly say that our sleep quality has improved significantly.
We would also like to commend the company's staff - their expertise is beyond doubt. They clearly know their job very well and provide all the necessary information. Highly recommended!

Ordered a mattress which took 11 days…

Ordered a mattress which took 11 days when the mattress arrived I was sent the wrong size. Couldn’t call anyone and sent lots of messages. Finally someone got back to me asked for photos and the label. Finally acknowledged that the warehouse had sent the wrong one so they then arranged a new delivery, the had taken my old mattress so i had no mattress for a month. I was given £50 compensation and a couple of pillows. They told me my new one would be with me but the date came and I received a text saying the mattress hadn’t arrived at the depot so then I had to wait another week. When the correct size mattress finally arrived and I slept on it it felt nothing like the other one and so I asked if it was actually a brand new mattress as it was too soft and was told they are all slightly different due to the materials, stuffing used. Anyways two weeks down the line and the top of the mattress is hanging over so if I’m sleeping on the edge I’m almost falling off and I have to struggle to move to the middle it’s almost as if the mattress is years old? I’m honestly fed up with all the issues and haven’t had a decent sleep in weeks. I have fibromyalgia so it’s causing a lot of stress.

I would just like to clarify that from the point your original mattress was collected to the delivery of the replacement, the timeframe was just over two weeks rather than the month mentioned. That said, we appreciate that any time without a proper mattress is far from ideal and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Regarding the issue you’ve raised about the mattress edge and the overhang, this isn’t something we typically see, so we do need a bit more information to properly investigate this for you. Sleeping on this feels incredibly comfortable. It supports my spine perfectly and contours to my body in a way that feels natural. At one point, it even felt like I was floating. The level of support and comfort is genuinely impressive.

I ordered a mattress 4000 orthopaedic…

I ordered a mattress 4000 orthopaedic for my back. I must say this is life changer it’s helped my back pain so much that I get more sleep than before. The mattress is very firm and comfortable I love the feel and quality I’m glad I made the right choice buying for Rem-Fit and not from other brands. The delivery 🚚 was very late it arrived in the evening due to a flat tyre other than I’m very happy with my purchase.

What an absolute shambles

What an absolute shambles, delivered wrong mattress then failed to turn up on the agreed date to swap and finally arrived on the third occasion with ancillary items but no mattress!!!!
Lots of emails back and forth had to finally accept the wrong mattress and a partial refund.

Great Mattress - Good Price

Easy to order. Received a rather annoying amount of emails after purchase and before I had received the mattress regarding unpacking, registering the mattress, how was I finding the mattress etc. Paid for a two man delivery. Two guys turned up although one stayed in the van and the first had to keep asking him to get out and help ! Removed the old mattress first . Brought in two pillows and I commented that there should be a mattress protector which I purchased to enable me to get the 200 nights free. New mattress came in a big bag and the delivery guy asked me where I wanted it and I told him upstairs so he had to call the guy in from the van again. Neither removed their shoes and did leave a couple of small marks on my stair carpet (I was able to remove their marks and didn’t want to complain unnecessarily but this should not happen with a professional company).

Mattress took a few days to lose its smell but it’s lovely and definitely worth the money. I would purchase again but small things as noted earlier are annoying and off putting. The 5000 Elite Hybrid is nicely supportive whilst having the lovely soft feel to the top which is exactly what I hoped for.
The mattress protector didn’t appear and when I contacted REM they apologised it was ‘damaged in transit’ and would get one sent to me. Six days on and I still dont have it.

A two-person delivery should always be carried out professionally, with both team members assisting as expected and taking care to respect your home - including removing shoes where appropriate. The situation you described, along with the marks left on your carpet, is not the standard we expect, and we will be feeding this back directly to the delivery team.

Regarding your mattress protector - thank you for your patience. We’ve checked the latest update, and DPD tracking is currently showing that delivery is scheduled for today. However, it also indicates there has been a delay while the parcel is en route, and an SMS notification should have been sent to you with the latest update. Delays in delivery, good customer service

Missed provided delivery dates multiple times, however the Customer Service was very good and gave me some much needed reassurance and the order was subsequently received.

I opted for the Rem-Fit 5000 Lux Elite…

I opted for the Rem-Fit 5000 Lux Elite Superking.

Rem-Fit provided very good communication, kept me updated and used a friendly and courteous delivery service of friendly people.

The product is exactly as described. The comfort is second to none. I now have a hotel quality mattress and a hotel quality sleep. It's somehow even more exciting to go to sleep now! I will go back if I ever need another mattress.

The product gets 5/5 stars

The product gets 5/5 stars. I have MSK issues and it significantly reduces hip and knee pain which gives me better quality sleep. I’ve also noticed my shoulders no longer hurt while lying on my sides and my back feels much straighter and supported - great feeling in morning! I bought the 5000 Lux Elite Hybrid Mattress, cooling mattress protector and cooling pillow.
Customer service so far has been mixed, however I have raised the discount issue and that my free pillows were not included in the purchase. They are investigating it and I’m hoping they contact me soon. They seemed to take it seriously and were apologetic.
Delivery was easy and paid for mattress disposal, arrived on time and no issues.
