I’m pretty sure the bed heist stopped trading in 2024 and the material on one of the beds draws is marked.
Haven’t opened the other bed yet.
I’ve put it down to experience after reading the reviews.

No matter what time I text ..had a reply within 30 minutes..always pick up the phone ...quality product at an amazing price..gets delivered on time..and its a proper mattress ....no rolled up sponge..have had fun getting it up stairs ..

Ordered a sleigh bed with this company and was delivered on time as promised.Quality is outstanding and assembling was easy. Really pleased and great service. Thankyou

Absolutely rubbish contacted several times don't get back to you asked for photographs sent them still no response bought mattress heritage 5500 stay away from these cowboys disgrace.Bought mattress before they say it had 5 year warranty but never got back to me complaint about mattress within a month but no response.

Great company very helpful in customer service I did ask for them to help take it upstairs but unfortunately they weren't allowed but did help me take bit up with motor on and checked everything was ok after delivery the only problem I had was they changed delivery on me

The customer service was really good and very understanding. The delivery was on time and very helpful. The mattress its self (extra firm superking) is so comfortable and super value for money. Highly recommend these guys.

It’s beautiful just the way I wanted it.But the headboard is bigger for my stirs but soon will be moving. Thanks

This company is brilliant very trusted it took just over a week to turn up when it turned up I was so impressed it's ticks all the right boxes for me !!!

I contacted Bed Heist via Facebook.. got a response straight away with lots of info in the mattress that I needed.. as I have a very bad back .. anyway very helpful.. delivery was just when I asked for .. and the mattress was amazing.. fantastic .. thank you again !

My bed is gorgeous I will give 10 /10 the staff who delt with from start to finish was very helpfull and very polite my bed is so comfy I would definitely recommend this company

bed frame was decent but if u ask about their mattress is terrible .i'm feeling back pain since i'm using this . i need to change matters asap

Bit sceptical at first
Have never ordered mattress without trying first. Especially online. However after reading some reviews the heritage 5500 pillowtop had great reviews, I took a chance and can honestly say the mattress is great although I've only had it a few days I have slept very well on it.

The mattress I received was fantastic and I’ve never had a sleep like I’ve had since for this new mattress. It’s very comfortable and very relaxing and thank you very much for the business. I will keep you in mind and if anybody ask me I will pass mine I’ve got the mattress from.

The experience as a whole has been very pleasant, the sales person was very helpful in helping me decide which bed and mattress to choose. I was skeptical at first it’s always worrying ordering before seeing etc but items arrived and were delivered by a lovely man. Packaging was very good and protected the items properly I’m very pleased with the bed and mattress so much so my mum is now ordering, so thank you.

I received my bed for my spare room with I am absolutely delighted with this is the second time I have used this company ,&I find them very reliable &keep in touch with you to let you no when it will be delivered &delivery guy very nice &polite ,thanks again will be ordering again soon
