If I could give them 0 stars I would. As soon as I paid the deposit, they went ahead and changed the agreed delivery date 2 times then after told me the delivery was going to be delayed for another week. I decided to cancel the order and have been chasing them for the past 3 weeks to refund my deposit. They claimed the refund has been processed by the “account department” and still nothing.

I ordered a bed on 1st of August. Via messenger chat.
I paid the deposit.
Next day , 2nd of August I wanted to cancel the order. They said No!
I had mentioned that I am on A/ L till 14th of August- outside UK.
They started calling and messaging me at their convenience, destroying my time and relaxation.
They determinedly refuse to accept bank transfer as payment, after bed being delivered.
They keep saying " cash on delivery " to the delivery driver which is a 3rd party .
Or they want me to pay days in advance, without seeing or checking the quality of bed.
I told them.hundreds of times that I do not trust them.anymore , and I will never pay for a product without fiscal record of my payment.
Feel hunted , harrased, without proper invoicing.
Their business name where I paid deposit into , is different from what invoice says ( I insistently requested invoice , otherwise they would not have given)
Terrible hunt for £ 500 cash .
How do they imagine I pay days in advance for a product I don't see........
How do they imagine I pay £ 500 without fiscal proof of my payment......
How do they dare to ignore my decision and full mental capacity of order cancellation .......
How do they dare to call on WhatsApp and message me knowing I am on.A/ L ......
I reported them to Police , Ombudsman, Consumers rights.
Terrible, despicable experience!!!!!!!!!!

Great Bed, Poor Aftercare.

Disappointed with One Mattress and Lack of Support

I recently purchased a king-size adjustable bed from Bed Heist, which comes with two separate single mattresses that can be adjusted individually. Out of the two mattresses, one is absolutely brilliant — firm, supportive, and very comfortable. It works perfectly with the adjustable base and provides a great night's sleep.

However, the second mattress has been a real issue. It feels much softer and inconsistent, lacking the same firmness and support as the other. It makes sleeping very uncomfortable, and it's clear there's a fault or mismatch between the two.

What’s even more frustrating is the aftercare — or lack thereof. I’ve been trying to resolve this for over two weeks now with no luck. I was told I’d hear back from the manufacturer within 48 hours, but I’ve had no response since. Despite being sold with a five-year warranty, it feels like I’m being ignored.

Bed Heist clearly offers high quality products when they work, but their customer service is severely lacking. I really hope they improve their after-sales support because the bed itself has great potential, when both mattresses are up to standard.

Genuinely lovely guys, even checked up weeks after to see if we were happy.

I bought the King size Heritage 5500 Pro IGEL mattress with a pillow top, and it's been comfortable for sleeping. The 14-inch thickness provides good support, and the pillow top adds a soft touch. I've been using it for 2moths now , and overall it's been a good choice .

Ordered the Electric Bed and Mattress for my mum. She loves, it very comfortable and easy to use. Delivered within 3days.

I bought king size bed and mattress. The bed is alright, only one drawer is broken. And mattress is not that good. But its ok as per the price.

We have had our bed a couple of weeks and we are really happy with the quality of it and the way we were treated and we think the company staff are very professional in the way they communicate with the customer I’m going to recommend them to anyone who is buying a bed to use this company and I’m already to order 2 more beds from them

The bed was just as described ad well as the mattress. Very good customer service. Informed me all along the process.

Bought all of our beds of these guys, great quality mattress and bed frames, unlike all the other substandard companies offering cheap and nasty crap. Honestly the best products and service is bang on! 💯 recommend!

1. The goods in the offer differ substantially from the delivered goods.The quality is poor !!!
2. If you are not satisfied with the product and do not want to collect it, you will be intimidated by the debt collector.
3. Forget about getting your deposit back
4. They force you to accept the goods and then there is no contact with them. You are left with nothing.
5. People who do not know the law succumb to pressure, NEVER TAKE ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH.

I said more than 10 times that the mattress should be hard and they delivered a soft one.
right after refusing to pay and refusing to pick up they started to scare me with cancel fees.
of course, refusal to return the deposit.

Order bed and mattress for my mum paid deposit and the delivery was made one the day I asked for and was on time

Had no problem at all asked to get it taken upstairs as man's a pensioner they obliged no bother, matress was just as it said very comfortable I'm getting great sleep well worth the money would definitely shop with them again.

I am. Very disappoint with this company. I purchased a bed for my niece. Both drawers were broken I have contacted bed heist several times yet not help. I even asked them to send me new drawer tracks as I cud have paid someone local to fit as I thinks the tracked weren’t fitted right to begin with but they keep saying they will get in touch. Yet no contact from them. This company has gone down hill. Please avoid !!!!!! Very disappointed and would not recommend
