Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless, no customer service at all, tired of sending them emails asking about where my order is, they’ve never bothered sending a reply, but they have no problem sending me advertisements, if I ever get my order I’ll be blocking their emails, and will never use this service again, I would never recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy, stay away from this wretched online company

Long delivery time
I ordered 6 days ago (5 working days) and chose 1-3 days delivery. According to tracking status, delivering company got the package the 4th working day after my order. It is not fast delivery as they write. Still waiting for the package, I hope it will come next week. Next time i will choose another shop.

Ordered in the beginning of November and no package until today
Ordered in the beginning of November, got email saying that the order was sent in the 9th November and until now the status is the same (the information regarding the package was given to Bring) and until today it's not possible to track it. Tried to get in touch with them but it's worthless!! Trust me when I tell you, don't spend your money on this website!!

Bought an e-bike, not an cheap one too. Now this is my main mode of transport. Turns out bikes battery is broken, it does not turn on, only when bike is plugged in. I provide video of the bike not turning on, then turning on and showing full battery to the seller. 1st of all it takes them almost month to reply with a copy paste text to my emails and 2nd now they wont offer replacement, they want me to send produkt to someone so they can send if further away to be tested (leave me wihout any mode of transport for probobly months knowing how fast these guys are). I am unable to use the bike i spend a lot of my money on, i am unable to get it fixed, i am stuck in this sittuation and buying from them, has been nothing but pain and headache. DO NOT RECCOMEND! The products are of bad quality and the customer support is worst!

Consumer right violation
As per below They were silent for a week after the order until I contacted them myself. After that, I received the following message. I do not recommend dealing with them. This is not the first time that they, like many other companies these days, list an item as available when in fact it’s not in stock. Most likely, they order it from China and then resell it with a double markup.

Dette er fordi vi enten venter pa levering hvis lagerbeholdningen er noe som "Sendt fra oss innen 3-5 arbeidsdager" eller hvis produktet midlertidig er utsolgt hvis lagerbeholdningen er "Utsolgt". Hvis antall dager som er angitt pa produktsiden allerede har passert, er produktet mest sannsynlig tilbakefort av var leverandor, dessverre betyr dette at vi ikke kon si med sikkerhet när det kommei yssigjen.
Update: Based on their response, you can understand what kind of company this is. Initially, the item was listed as available. Later, they said there was some kind of system error. They only responded a week after I asked where my order was.
False information about product availability – if a store claims that an item is in stock when it’s actually not, this violates consumer rights in most countries, including the EU and Norway.

Bad Customer Service
25.11.24 Ordered Deltaco charger for my car. Everything was fine until 05.03.25 evening my wife came home from work and said that something smells like burning plastic in our garage and that was charger..so I contacted a customer service (even send a pictures of what happened) but still they needed a charger back,then they send me QR code by which one I could send charger back and of course I did it, I waited for some answer for two weeks - of course they said that the haven't received anything, now I waited over one month and still haven't heard anything from them, so I do not recommend to buy anything from them, in my opinion they just can not take responsibility for selling a bad product and that's why they wasting customers time.
