Bad Customer Service
25.11.24 Ordered Deltaco charger for my car. Everything was fine until 05.03.25 evening my wife came home from work and said that something smells like burning plastic in our garage and that was charger..so I contacted a customer service (even send a pictures of what happened) but still they needed a charger back,then they send me QR code by which one I could send charger back and of course I did it, I waited for some answer for two weeks - of course they said that the haven't received anything, now I waited over one month and still haven't heard anything from them, so I do not recommend to buy anything from them, in my opinion they just can not take responsibility for selling a bad product and that's why they wasting customers time.
