Ridiculous customer service

I Booked a location for 4 people. When I arrived l realised that it wasn’t a real location for 4 people but too rooms in the house of the owner. I contacted booking and they agreed that the location is not what it was supposed to be but so far they are doing nothing to help us with this situation. I have quite a few call to booking and explained the situation, 3 time the phone cut and they are not calling back so you have to call back , give back all the information and spend at least half an hour each time for the new person looking at the previous complain. Just don’t use it it’s ridiculous if you have an issue. The worst is that they agree but can’t do anything.
We were using booking quite often but it’s done for us

Edit : customer service are actually liars. They told me over the phone that I’ll have some news 24h max after I sent everything. It’s been more than 25h and still nothing. Over the telephone the customer service also told me that they were in touch with the landlord to find a solution, I spoke with the landlord and she told me that she hasn’t be contacted by booking … One person told me about a 20% refund for the inconvenience, nothing. Booking is just a massive joke. If I have something to say just don’t use booking anymore

Very bad for solving fraud issue

I’ve been using wise since several years, transferring thousand and thousands of money as I was living in different countries. Everything is working good as long as you don’t have any issues. Unfortunately for me my account have been hacked and people stole me money. It was very obvious for different reasons. First, I’m always using the same currency and the fraud appeared in currency that I’ve never used. Second, people were trying to connect my account from different countries when I realised the issue and was talking to the online help to make my account safe.
Also I send form and made a dispute to get refund. One day later I had an email telling me that the transactions had been approved on my account and refund was not possible. They also add that if I had more informations or needed more help they would be happy to help again. I replied and sent the screenshot of people trying to connect to my account and asked why they sent me 3 emails for making my account safe if there was no issue for them (yes the sent my 3 request to change my password). And then of course I never had any response.
I understand, it was annoying question and very hard for them to say : “yes your account have been hacked and people stole your money but we have a legal way to hide and not refund you”. This is obviously what happened to me and that is how Wise is taking care of the clients.
Finally I just chosen to close my account after a week without anymore news.
If you need to transfer money abroad I would recommend to try another’s.

Edit after wise response : As I previously said I’ve been in touch after the dispute have been rejected. I sent screenshots and ask for more information but didn’t get anymore informations. I’ve been in touch with the online help several times but they were not able to give me more information and told me that the revelant team will be in touch as soon as possible but nothing happened. So I don’t see why I should be in touch again. If you want to give me more information you still have my contact information so feel free to contact me. From my side and just wanted to warm people about your service and I don’t want to loose more time for nothing

Problème barres

Bonjour, j\'ai commandé des barres de toit et un coffre sur le site avatacar.Aucun problème avec le coffre. Par contre monter les barres de toits fut un long périple. en effet , la notice de montage n\'es pas approprié pour le ford b max ou plutôt les données ne sont pas bonnes. je m\'explique; la première étape du montage des barres consiste a découper 4 petites réglettes en plastique a des dimensions différentes selon le model de voiture que l\'on souhaite équiper. or, les dimensions donnée pour le ford b max sont bonnes pour la barre avant mais sont erronées pour la barre arrière, 7.2 cm sont indiqués mais en faisant cela il est impossible de fixer la barre du toit de chaque coté de celui-ci dans les portières comme indiqué. Et il faut ajouter facilement 3/4cm pour que cela soit possible. En bidouillant un peu j\'ai fini par parvenir a les fixer mais ce fut compliqué car les réglettes étant coupées impossible de les recoller. De plus, une vis présentée un défaut et ne rentrait pas dans le boulon ce qui \'a encore compliqué la tache. Bref expérience plutôt désagréable et dommage car les barres on l\'air de bonne qualité (lorsqu\'elle ne sont pas endommagées au montage) et le coffre et pratique. Je n\'accuse pas directement le site avatacar car je pense que c\'est un défaut provenant du constructeur mais dans mon cas c\'est a vous que j\'ai acheté ce matériel et donc a vous que je porte cette réclamation. de plus, j\'estime que tout les sites devraient tester le matériel avant de le vendre... en espérant une réponse et un geste de votre part
