Ordered during October, so far nothing. Contacting customer service, zero help, same BS reply.

Never, never, never order/purchase with Norvo. I ordered almost 3 months yet no shipment. Contacted with "Customer Care", even they don't have any track where my shipment is!!! WTH!!!!

Shipping was very slow, though they were supposed to send the order by DHL, the package came by post!!!! At the storage facility, it was waiting for 3-4 days. My ongoing project was delayed almost a week, due to this reason.
Contacted with the customer care, I asked When are you gonna send??? They replied, "When we'll send you, we'll let you know!!!!" WTH!!!!!!!

Last week, we ordered 54K nok worth of hardware for our company's NAS setup. We ordered 08 Enterprise-type Toshiba 20TB HDDs. We have received only one as sealed, and the rest of the 07 HDDs are open-box HDDs!!! And no notes from the seller ComputerSalg. If they didn't have them in their stocks, they could have informed us, instead of sending open boxes, no labels, nothing HDDs!!!

Extremely disappointing.

We won't continue business with them, after this experience. We won't recommend others not to do business with this seller or at least do some research before ordering.

We were 7 people and ordered several dishes for dinner. The food came quickly, faster than expected. All of them were cold, even the pizzas, and fries were cold!!!!! In the end, the kids went to request to box up the remaining. They said we have to do that ourselves!!!! The food was not cheap, including 4 mocktails, all together around 3500 nok. How come they served cold!!!!!! Totally not recommended and for sure, we are not going back. Sorry to choose you. Total regret. I would give Egon Jekta less than 1 star if it was possible.

The product quality is not good at all. Last night we received the Air Fryer and found out after opening the box that the top of the Fryer is damaged!!! We contacted the supplier, but so far no response from them. Also inside materials also built quality is also not good. There's a tray, which is not plain, tilting!! Our suggestion to the supplier CoolShop, would be to contact the manufacturer to make a better product. This quality supplied product, both of their reputations will be damaged. We would not recommend this to anyone else. Not at all.

Recently purchased a so-called "carbon fiber" spoiler for my Tesla Model 3 from BeGood. Broken on 1st wash. Their carbon fiber spoiler got broken and left mark on my car paint. Contacted Customer Service, according to them it's not their fault, it was the car washing!!!!!!! They claimed their product is very good. Started giving his personal experiences. Not helpful at all. Never ever coming back to such a crappy seller!!!!!!!

I also purchased roof ski rack, I'm afraid if I install that and car roof glass gey broken, then it will be Tesla's glass fault!!!! Obviously BeGood's product is the "best" in the market!!!

Seller asked for video proof, what the hell, am I lieing!!!!

There response shows me not to ever come back to such a crap seller. Stay away.

I must change my previous comments to today's revision, due to the commitment and after-sales services we have received from the PenStore. We MUST highly recommend this store. We had some problems during the last time ordering. After knowing, the store manager arranged to compensate the mistakes or issues due to their website. And I must say, it was very quick. We are very satisfied. No doubt. And we highly recommend the PenStore.
