The products they sell are of the worst quality, they respond to emails once a month and now i am stuck with faulty 25 000 kr worth bike. Thank you!

Bought an e-bike, not an cheap one too. Now this is my main mode of transport. Turns out bikes battery is broken, it does not turn on, only when bike is plugged in. I provide video of the bike not turning on, then turning on and showing full battery to the seller. 1st of all it takes them almost month to reply with a copy paste text to my emails and 2nd now they wont offer replacement, they want me to send produkt to someone so they can send if further away to be tested (leave me wihout any mode of transport for probobly months knowing how fast these guys are). I am unable to use the bike i spend a lot of my money on, i am unable to get it fixed, i am stuck in this sittuation and buying from them, has been nothing but pain and headache. DO NOT RECCOMEND! The products are of bad quality and the customer support is worst!

We are sorry to read that you feel this way about your experience.

First of all, we understand how frustrating this situation is, especially when the bike is your main mode of transport. That is never a position we want our customers to be in.

As explained in our email correspondence, in order to determine whether the battery fault is covered under warranty, it must be inspected by an authorized technician. This is a standard and legally required procedure for all warranty claims, regardless of video documentation. Only after inspection can we confirm whether the issue is due to a production defect and proceed with repair or replacement at no cost.

We have not refused a solution. We have requested the completed warranty form so we can arrange collection and handle the case properly. Without inspection, we are unfortunately not able to approve a replacement battery.

We also note that our response times in this case have varied, and for that we apologise. That is not the level of communication we aim to provide.

with the completed claim form, and we will prioritise moving the case forward.
